Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South West England

We have just had the most incredible stay at Nichola’s place for my sister’s hen do. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming and met us to show us around. She also came to say bye at the end of our stay and asked how we got on which was lovely. The house itself is amazing and somehow exceeded our expectations- the photos look brilliant but in person it is stunning! Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing place! This is something special. It is a beautiful thought out structure with spectacular furnishings and such a well designed space. Underfloor heating! That is a first for me and my partner and I loved it. The hosts kept the rustic look alive in how they designed it and even had a thatched roof!. Outside the cottage is a world of summer flowers, carefully attended by the older lady who lived in the adjoining cottage. Of course the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. I loved that they did not spare expense with the furnishings from the well designed dish drip tray to the fancy fan in the bedroom. We wish we could have spent more time here as after a few days travelling we spent one of our days lounging in the hot tub with a glass of champagne whilst listening to the constant bird chorus and watching the horses saunter around in adjoining fields. Really is a magical space. We loved it. Thanks Paul

Clean and comfortable. Completely renovated kitchen. We had a lovely sunset walk on the beach. We used taxis and recommend having a car. Spectacular location right on the beach. The caravan park was very well kept and check-in was a breeze. We would stay again and highly recommend Julie's wonderful sea cabin.

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Beautiful spot within walking distance to Slapton Sands, very handy to access all our favourite areas in South Devon. The local inn serves incredible fish and chips. Jaquine was a friendly host with some great recommendations. The accommodation was comfortable with lots of personal touches. Would be very happy staying there again.

The apartment was 5 stars all the way. Beautiful location, sophisticated decor, hi tech appliances and stunning views. Chris and Tanya were helpful and responsive, it was an exceptionally enjoyable stay

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Great place to stay in Bath, really clean, great kitchen, comfortable bed and only a few mins walk to bath town centre, the garden area was an added bonus and a lovely sun trap in the afternoon 😀 car park is only a 5 mins walk for leaving the car overnight, thank you Henry for a lovely relaxing stay 😁

What an amazingly beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, walking distance to cafe and local pub. Easy drive to other towns. The apartment was so lovely! We had the best stay and we are already looking to come back! Thank you

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

It’s our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last! Carol and Richard are the perfect hosts and we are so pleased to have found this gem. It’s a great location for exploring the city and an absolutely beautiful flat, so thoughtfully designed with lots of special touches. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

we had a fabulous few days in this attractive and stylish apartment. The location was excellent as were the unparalleled views across the river Dart to the Britannia Naval College. There was plenty to do in the local area with easy access to Dartmouth and numerous restaurants, parks and shops. Matt is a very helpful and supportive host and we would highly recommend the Loft as a wonderful seaside escape

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The cot and high chair provided were perfect for our 1.5-year-old, and everything was very comfortable and easy. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking outside the apartment was full when we arrived on Friday evening, which made unloading a little tricky, but there was space on Sunday when we left so it may just have been the timing. Overall, a really nice base for our weekend and we’d definitely recommend it!

Beautiful flat in a lovely location. The deck overlooking the garden was such a bonus.

Kevin’s place was wonderful. His home was inviting, spacious and very clean. The pictures on the site were accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra touches in the house made for a welcoming stay. Location was excellent. Being in the city central there were many things to do and see and it was so close to the train station and bus depot. Communication with the host was excellent and the he promptly responded to any request. We would highly recommend staying there.

Wow! What a fantastic weekend we had in Bath!! Our stay at Sarah’s was fantastic, it was everything we wanted and beyond. The accommodation was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Sarah was incredibly friendly and responsive, she also made the tastiest butter flapjacks we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a home away from home with everything you’ll need, Sarah’s apartment is definitely a place I’d recommend. Thanks for having us 💕

Lovely relaxing break It’s difficult to add anything new to the already fabulous reviews. Beth and Mark made our stay exceptional, their warmth, knowledge and hospitality were in a class of their own. The apartment is just gorgeous, situated in a picturesque spot, overlooking the beach, with beautiful gardens and plants. It is stylish, fresh, clean, comfortable and very homely and they have thought of everything, we really didn’t want for anything. We really hope to have the opportunity to visit and stay again. Thank you. Forgot to say it was my wife’s big birthday and she loved it, so thank you, I’m in the good books again. Best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.
