Holiday rentals with a home cinema in South West England

Ideal all round; gorgeous apartment, brilliant location, great hosts!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

This was my 2nd time staying at Zaneta's apartment and did not disappoint again. The apartment is beautiful and in a stunning location. Zaneta was very responsive to messages and answered all questions quickly. I will definitely stay again on my next visit - hopefully, it will be available!

There was a problem on arrival but Emma and the owners were amazingly quick to resolve it and were so helpful and welcoming - a real testament to their customer service. The place was in a great location for exploring the area, and very comfortable and well kept. A thoroughly pleasant stay

Very nicely appointed apartment, and a good size. Very good location for town and sea front. Access is up one flight of stairs, and the apartment is over two floors.

The accommodation is very clean, very well decorated, it is easy to park, everything was very clear, I recommend without hesitation 👌

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne’s apartment, with its stunning views and excellent facilities. No complaints at all, apart from the fact that I’m going to miss that view terribly! Dartmouth itself is fabulous and the position of the apartment is perfect, close to all amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

What a fabulous place. This rental unit is well worth a visit. On site parking was a ‘big’ bonus. Exceptionally clean, with everything you need to hand. Very private too, with a lovely courtyard, fire pit and use of a bbq. Check in was straightforward and all the instructions and information left for us by our super host Ken was a great help. We didn’t get a chance to meet Amanda, but there’s always next time as we will definitely return and recommend this hidden gem to friends and family. A short walk into town and to the gorgeous beaches in St Ives. Thank you again to our hosts, Ken and Amanda 😊

a fabulous property with the most incredible view. Very hi tech and beautifully decorated. Delighted to find that there were enough dishwasher tablets for each day we were there and there were cleaning products that meant it was easy to keep the house beautiful. We walked into Teignmouth to visit the Lobster Lounge which was a great place to eat. The walk is lovely but would be challenging if you were not fit. we also ate at the Crab Shack and the Ship In which were excellent and we had Sunday lunch at The Castle Inn , Holcombe, which we would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Bank House in Fairford with a welcome bottle of wine & supplies. The Bull Hotel & Colosseo served great food and were just metres away. Great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Beautiful house perfect for family holidays. Loved lazy days out with kids on the kayaks & rowing boat! Would definitely recommend. Alex was a great host & very helpful. Will definitely be back again one day…

had a lovely time at cosy cottage, a peaceful location close to all amenities and great walks for the doggy too! Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. Andrea is a super Host and always responds to any queries promptly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s beautiful home. There’s no better place to watch the world go by in Fowey harbor. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of spaces for our family of 5 to enjoy being together and apart. Sara was welcoming and responsive host. Thanks for a magical 6 days.

Had a fantastic stay met all expectations

Cath and Mike were great hosts! Very friendly and chatty. Happy to respond to any queries and gave us full reign of the amenities. Their place is beautiful and the annex is lovely. Scenery is amazing and peaceful. The annex itself was clean, everything worked as it should, nice hot shower and a comfy bed. It definitely helps to have a car as there isn’t too much within walking distance, but great if you want escape for a few days! We visited the nearby spa for an afternoon and even took a trip to Cheddar gorge, but Cath and Mike were always quick to respond for any recommendations as well. Thank you both we had a lovely time!

Had a fantastic break at this location. Worth every penny. Arrived to a spotless well maintained beautiful apartment with great security services at hand. Stunning views across the harbour. Plenty of local places to visit. Anyone visiting we recommend visiting worms head gower penninsula. Absolute privilege to stay there. We did not want to leave. Lift and building in general very clean. Thank you for letting us share your property. Regardless of weather plenty to do and keep occupied. Local museums a must see too in swansea.

My cousins and I had a fab two night stay in George’s flat, and we could have felt more comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect and the flat is so lovely, a real home from home feel. Everything you could want and need is on hand. George’s communication was on point too. We will be looking stay again next year 😊

The place is lovely you can see a lot of thought has been put into how to make it a very usable and enjoyable space for guests. Lots of the items are good quality. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. A couple of downsides was the upholstery and carpets dirty with stains and marks. The location isn’t exactly amazing however if you just need it for a short stay it’s perfect. Extremely noisy people having a party/get together upstairs screaming and shouting until the early hours. Lots of litter outside the bedroom window along with weeds and shrubs taking over. The cinema room was a huge hit.

Absolutely great stay! The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. Checking in was very simple and easy and Lee was very responsive throughout. I frequently travel to Cheltenham for work and would definitely consider staying again!

We had a lovely few days away. The cottage is a stones throw from the high street, with all its amenities and pubs and restaurants. A great location to go walking in the Cotswolds and Blenheim palace is only a few miles away. Everything feels new and high spec and very tastefully designed. The cottage has an amazing shower with big fluffy towels, a huge bed and cute outdoor area. Parking felt safe. I missed the fact that it’s a studio apartment, but the kitchen is very separate from the bedroom. The only issue we had was we’d brought our dog and couldn’t keep her in the kitchen at night. Thank you for a great stay!

This is the coolest place. Stylish in a modern, uncluttered way. High-tech gizmos for everything, and had everything we needed. Nice view, comfortable, a few home comforts and little touches that make you feel at home. Great attention to detail. I wish I lived in a place like this, but I am not that well organised (or wealthy enough to afford such quality). Next time I come to Bristol, this is the first place I am going to the availability of.
