We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

The first floor of a two story house, has way more space than a hotel room and way more amenities. The manager we met was super friendly and helpful, and responded promptly. Well equipped kitchen. Furnitures a bit of a FB Marketplace grab bag, but reasonably comfortable. If you’re a woman traveling alone or with your family I’d check out the area on street view so you know what to prepare for. It’s fine, we didn’t have any trouble, but it’s something to look at before you make a decision so you know the areas vibe.

The house was amazing and Jaclyn was a wonderful host - quick to respond to every communication throughout the process. The house was clean and spacious and perfectly fit the needs of my family in visiting for my daughter's graduation. My sister took her morning walks in the park, the fire pit was perfect for evening chats, bedrooms were cozy and the kitchen and dining room allowed us to have a spaghetti dinner together. This house is gorgeous! Not only were we able to have a lovely bon fire in the backyard, but the house is very close to town, and not too far from NYC. Along with an amazing backyard the house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend!

My Husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting our kids and grandkids. We really just needed a place to sleep and shower, as we spent most of our time with them. The location and accommodations were perfect for us. Comfy Bed and plenty of room for us. Very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Comfortable, & in a beautiful area. Very cozy

This Airbnb experience was like a well oiled machine. The apartment was roomy, cozy, quiet, and inviting. There was an impeccable level of detail to the place that anticipated any possible needs (I needed to iron my clothes, for instance). And finally, Rachel was very helpful, her guidelines clear, and I greatly appreciated that she was able to accommodate my unexpected need to change the arrival date.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessie's place. We were looking for a good central location for visiting family in New Jersey, and somewhere that wasn't too far from an NJ Transit station to get into New York City, and Jessie's place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The bed was truly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. Jessie is an 11/10 host. We had a rental car for the week and she would text every day to let us know where we could park each night so that we didn't have to look for parking. We also needed to check in late, and Jessie was quick to accommodate us. She was always quick to respond if we had any questions, and always gave helpful, detailed answers. She was so sweet and really made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Jessie!

The place was beautiful and comfortable. I’m not used to an airbnb not having at least one TV nor all of the rules of not being able to take photos or such restrictions. Maybe I didn’t notice them until later but for the kind of stay I was looking for, a little more private or free feeling, I didn’t really get that. So if you’re coming to visit friends or family and get to know NJ, it’s definitely good for that and even the host was so responsive! But for what I was looking for, I should have paid more attention. House was still great though :) Spotless and beautiful! I also very much appreciate them for letting me extend my checkout.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Such a cute and eclectic space. Beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated, I felt right at home. But we especially appreciated how comfortable the beds are and especially the cotton sheets. Makes such a difference for a comfortable night's rest. Very safe neighborhood, quiet and walkable. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice place close to places to eat, nice little coffee shop real close and easy walk to train that goes to New York.

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Overall it was such an easy and relaxing experience that made our first trip to NYC a delight. I would come back again and highly recommend Timothy's place to everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! The owners are very attentive to your needs- and if you have questions they are answered promptly- couldn’t have asked for better hosts!!🤗 Thanks again for everything.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
