Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palolem! The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. All our requests were handled promptly, and the host was kind enough to extend our checkout time, which really helped us out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay by the sea.

Our interactions were with the co-host Rianna. She was extremely proactive, friendly and responsive with our requests. She was instrumental to us being able to have home cooked meals at the Airbnb. Thanks to her, we also had an absolutely amazing Thursday at a local music festival, which we'd have missed if not for her. Definitely would love to stay here again when I'm back in Goa

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Goa. The property was exactly as described and matched all the amenities listed. It’s well located with easy access to nearby shops for essentials, and most popular attractions are just 20–25 minutes away by car—making it a very convenient base to explore North Goa. Things to consider: ❌ The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and since the mobile network signal was also weak in the area, a reliable internet connection is something that needs immediate attention. ❌ Bedsheets had visible lipstick stains—cleanliness and linen inspection before guest arrival should be taken more seriously. That said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and overall experience. These minor issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for hosting us—we’re happy to give a 5-star rating and would consider staying again in the future.

The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Kusai's place was so homely and well-kept. Beautiful home with all essentials. Easy to find! We had a great stay! Would highly recommend.

The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.
