We had a wonderful stay in Unico Luzo. The place was fantastic and was well equipped with required amenities. Host Nita was very supportive and responsive. The housekeeping staff cleaned the place daily which kept the premise clean and it lit the ambiance. Overall we had a good stay and this place is highly recommended.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb as a group of 8 and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. We really appreciated the early check-in and the time given to freshen up after our journey. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations for local food, hotels, and places to visit, which made our trip even smoother. The location is perfect if you're looking for something between North and South Goa,everything is within a 25-minute drive. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch and we highly recommend this place. Definitely a must-visit!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Definitely a recommended property, I stayed with my family for three days and there is nothing I can think of as an opportunity in this property. Ritu made me feel at home, we enjoyed preparing our own food, very calm and peaceful society. Perfect option for a family of 2 to 3 members. I will prefer staying here if I ever travel down to Goa again. Nearby beaches are within 20 mins. Thank you Ritu for being there everytime I required assistance.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a nice and comfortable stay. My husband and I were there for just an overnight stay but look forward to coming back here again.
