Holiday rentals with beach access in South Goa

Had a lovely stay here! The place is just a short walk from the beach, close enough to enjoy it easily, yet tucked away from the hustle. The room was clean, cosy, comfortable, and well-maintained. There are plenty of great food spots nearby, and it's a great area to explore on foot. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to Patnem and Agonda beaches from here, both are just a quick drive away. The stay manager was very helpful and proactive, always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxed and well-connected base in South Goa.

The place was lovely, and clean. The washroom were also tidy and there is a separate washroom near the entrance to wash the sand off from the beach. The setting was cozy, however, the restaurants are located at a 20 minute walk from the estate.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. Myself and 8 friends had a fantastic stay during our time in Candolim. The receptionist staff were so helpful in recommendations and taxi organisation and the cleaning staff kept the villa incredibly clean. The villa was beautiful with stunning decor, it was clean and the amenities were great. Highly recommend for both friends or families! The villa is also located in a private complex which is very safe, it is a short trip from several beaches and local restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

The best homestay yet in South Goa! Extremely clean place with all facilities you can ask for. The property is on the edge of talapona river and the views are to die for. Imagine waking up and seeing the river with hills in the background right from the bed! I couldn’t have expected anything like this. Disclaimer - You’ll love the place only if you prefer peace and nature. Dharman is an amazing host, extremely helpful and will ensure that you have everything in place for the stay. He even picked us up from the bus stop to his property. I’m already planning for a work from his place 🤞

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

This place is a gem! Beautifully maintained and our host was super attentive, regularly checking in on us. The cleanliness and location top-notch, with great restaurants and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away… inverter was a lifesaver given the electricity situation as it was raining super heavily.. Amazing decorated place. Host Ansh was very helpful. Flat was exactly same as described in the pictures. It was clean and peaceful. Was surprised to see even spices in the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay.
