It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The home is beautifully done with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to a private pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The kids especially loved the pool, and the lush garden around it added to the charm. This place is ideal for both families and groups alike, with enough room to gather, unwind, or just enjoy some quiet time. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A special mention to the thoughtful hosts for the lovely parting gift—it was such a sweet gesture and really capped off a memorable stay. We’d love to come back here on our next trip!

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Hospitality by Lalita was top notch, personal touch like providing itinerary to enjoy nearby places so that we don't miss out on anything that helps alot. Also she makes you feel like you are at home, even the care taker of the place is sweet. Describing the place, it is as mentioned in the description, all the appliances work fine and everything works as good as it works in your house. It feels perfect if you don't want to call it lavish, but that's the charm of Airbnb where you get more privacy and peace than an hotel. And here you get ample amount of both, backing up by the peace of mind by Lalita's great hospitality. We did not faced any problems like, electric outage or anything so cannot comment on that. But overall you will enjoy your stay here, it is worth the penny spent.

The apartment was easy to locate, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The flat was well-maintained and had a vibrant, welcoming look. All the necessary amenities were available, which made our stay comfortable. We really liked our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great stay. Nice place. Very close to palolem beach. It’s located on the main road & the apartment is very peaceful. Would love to stay again. You can get all contact details of Airport pickup/ drop, Scooty rental, all within the premises itself.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had.
