The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a lovely stay at this place in Goa over the weekend. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful the host was, from a smooth check-in to assisting us with local recommendations and anything we needed during the stay. The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

I had a fantastic experience staying at property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and courteous throughout the entire process.

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. The in-house restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The property is very easily accessible, and everything you need is within reach, making it incredibly convenient. Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. Also the care taker is very polite and was there to help and guide whenever we needed. Overall we had a great and pleasant stay at Aaicho wado..

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The villa design was elegant and the amenities were top-notch.

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

The villa was same as described in the listed pictures. The villa was well decorated and clean with big spacious room, which made them quite comfortable and pool was also clean.

Stayed at the property as family ( 4 adults 2 kids )for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay ! Even before we checked in the clear direction to property helped a lot. The place is absolutely new (just like pics) and was spotless when we checked in. You could easily make out someone decorated the place with lot of love and modern aesthetics. Caretaker Narayan was already at the property and made sure it was handed over to us in pristine condition. Every single area of property is planned for the most comfortable stay ! loved the modern kitchen with full utensils & cutlery . Bedrooms were well lit and had a cozy vibe ! - had a sitout balcony which is great . living room onhad a home theatre and big tv which kids loved ! The pool is private and absolutely clean even considering it's monsoon season. Markets are close by & delivery for food is available ! Absolutely recommended ! Julie was quick for any query 😊. Ample parking space ! Safe gated ! quiet neighborhood! loved walking around!

This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.
