I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect – the place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Monika was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool – clean, relaxing, and a true bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

I was with a family of five. I'm satisfied, but There was no shampoo in the room. The rest is satisfactory.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

We had an amazing stay at The Blue kite, it was such a homely place, the hygiene was very well maintained and the location was also very mesmerizing. Definitely the best place to stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

This one-bedroom apartment hosted by Ankit was exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get! The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The lovely swimming pool was a real bonus – perfect for a relaxing dip. We're digital nomads, so strong Wi-Fi is a must. The internet connection here was reliable and sufficient for our work needs. Ankit was easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. We also want to thank the excellent, friendly cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. The front gate staff ensures the complex is secure and is super friendly when we come and go. You can rent a scooter a few doors down, making it easy to get around the coast. We also found reliable and fair tuk-tuk and taxi services readily available. We had a wonderful stay!!! We were wanting to stay longer but it was booked so we had to move and try somewhere else which is fine!! I would completely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again one day!!
