Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

Extremely pleasant stay. My family was very happy with the location, the property, the amenities, and the overall stay. Monika is a great host who provided all details beforehand with clear instructions. Monika also kept in constant touch with my daughter and provided all support. As this was a all girls trip I was initially worried for them however the property was very secure with all amenities. it was an excellent stay and will surely visit again. any thanks to Monika and Airbnb to make my family stay at Goa a memorable and pleasant one.

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

We came to Goa with a few friends to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. This spot near Candolim Beach was such a gem! The rooms were super cozy with really nice vibes, good Wi-Fi, TV, and super clean bathrooms—which we really appreciated. The location is also a big win—just a short walk/drive to Candolim Beach, and really close to some great food joints and supermarkets. Everything we needed was right around the corner. Needless to say, you have blinkit instamart available as well. The swimming pool was awesome too—well maintained and just perfect for chilling and having fun. Huge shoutout to Aankita, our amazing host! She’s a true Superhost—super helpful, always responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay at The Blue kite, it was such a homely place, the hygiene was very well maintained and the location was also very mesmerizing. Definitely the best place to stay.

Ankit was easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. We also want to thank the excellent, friendly cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. The front gate staff ensures the complex is secure and is super friendly when we come and go. You can rent a scooter a few doors down, making it easy to get around the coast. We also found reliable and fair tuk-tuk and taxi services readily available.
