Monthly Rentals in South Corning

Most awesome accommodation we had in a while. Beautiful surrounding and absolutely privacy. Appartement very need and tasteful. Perfect for a short stay to visit Watkins Glen State Park. Highlight were the marshmallows at our own campfire.

We enjoyed our five night stay at Camille’s place. It was a fantastic hub for waterfalls and lake day trips. We also walked to the glass museum and to downtown restaurants a few times. The place was full of cozy amenities and we had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces! Front and back porch areas are gems.

The house is cute and comfortable and makes good use of the small footprint. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard, and the location is fantastic—20 minute walk to delightful downtown Corning and close to groceries, only a half hour from Watkins Glen. Our host was proactive about making sure we had the supplies we needed and gave us an alternate contact when she knew she’d be in an area without cell service for a day. We’d stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my sisters and me to spend 5 days for Corning’s GlassFest (Memorial Day weekend), taking Make Your Own Glass classes at the Corning Museum and hiking to see the area’s stunning waterfalls (Watkins Glen). It’s a quick 3-block walk to the downtown area with lots of great restaurants and shops. The beds are great and the downstairs space was perfect for puzzling at the kitchen table or ending the day snuggled in watching movies from our childhood. This place was a great home base for a memorable vacation.
