Smoking friendly holiday rentals in South Congress, Austin

Monica was an amazing host, was always responsive if I had any questions and answered them perfectly! She did an amazing job at describing check in, making it super easy! We were also greeted with delicious snack and treats, not something host usually do so I 10 out of 10 recommend Monica and this beautiful property!!

We stayed in a great luxury place everything was super comfortable. We really liked the location of the apartment. It was super convenient to be able to work in the shared lounge areas, swim in the pool and play some table tennis.

Had an incredible time! Daniel is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. He was very responsive and the airbnb was one of the cleanest place I ever stayed. It has everything you need + a pool. Very quiet and had a smooth stay. Internet is great and no issues for WFH. Great location with walkable streets and very friendly people. I will definitely recommend this place and would come back next time I am in Austin.

This is a fantastic studio apartment with open floor plan. Everything was clean, in good repair & working order. Our host was very responsive via Airbnb texts to clarify certain things for me. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for my future antiquing overnight trips in Austin & the surrounding areas. Thanks is so much for having units as your guests & making it feel so welcoming and comfortable.

I had a great 2 weeks in Amanda’s place. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Her place is exactly as described and very comfortable. The building is very new and right across from a coffee shop. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in walking distance along with fitness centers available through class pass. One things to note - there is no table to work or eat at. Or chairs for the kitchen island. It was definitely fine by me because I work from a couch.

The original property I booked had a last minute cancelation due to a in unexpected water leak at the property. Host was quick and accommodated a new location immediately. Even though the second place was at a great location, it was a level lower than the original liisting. Host was understanding of the level of service and gave a good discount on the new property.

Lucas and Nickol were by far the most responsive and proactive hosts I've ever dealt with. Consistent communication, checking in often, and extremely flexible. Wish more hosts were like this! The house itself is beautiful and a perfect getaway if you're looking for privacy. Thank you again!

First things first, Sikander’s home is so welcoming and spacious! Came up for a family reunion and it was so comfy and warm. We definitely had a blast in Austin! This time place is right off the freeway and it makes almost everything accessible! Thanks again for having us, will definitely be booking again😊

This was great stay for our football tournament in Austin. Plenty of beds for our team to stay in and great amenities when we were relaxing at the house.

This home is amazing. The house itself is beautiful and theres plenty of room for a group. The hosts did a great job with the design, it’s clean and very easy to feel at home. The beds are super comfortable, and the A/C and ceiling fans really keep the place comfortable while it was hot outside. The back deck is huge and has incredible views. It’s a quick Uber ride to several of Austins fun areas. Whole foods is close and we cooked a lot in the home. They have a true chefs kitchen — it has everything you need. It’s an awesome place for sure. The hosts were incredibly fast to respond to everything and very nice as well. They put a lot of effort into making it ideal for their guests. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was better than we imagined.

Monica was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Even helped with suggestions and recommendations on things to do near by. Very spacious and clean home. Loved the open view and view of the backyard through the wide open viewed windows and door

Modern, stylish, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our long weekend away. Close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. We did not take the opportunity to cook, but the kitchen was very well stocked with cookwear and anything you might need. We would love to stay here again.

Renae is the most communicative host I’ve ever had. Such a comfortable place and really well located. Easy access to downtown, but calm environment and easy check in and out.

Amazing host and great location on south congress. (Soco) you feel in the center of everything but there are neighborhoods close by which allow you to feel like a regular resident of the city of Austin. Easy access to down town.
