Holiday rentals with a pool in South Congress, Austin

Absolutely loved staying with Liang. She was kind, helpful, flexible, responsive and made everything easy and painless. The location is perfect - located in a beautiful established neighborhood that was surrounded by mature trees, tons of greenery gorgeous homes and friendly neighbors. It was the ideal spot for us since there were so many shops, restaurants and sweet treats that were all walkable, adorable and convenient. Our rental was spotless and ready for us right on time. The pool was pristine and the privacy the yard provided made you feel like you were in your own little sanctuary. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely stay there again and with Liang the next time we go to Austin! Thank you for making for making our trip so memorable!

First time in Austin for a wedding/family trip. The home was very clean and minimally decorated (which we appreciate having a toddler). The pool was very well maintained and we got a lot of use out of it. We also appreciated the gate around the covered back porch to separate the pool from the house and was a great place to hang out for breakfast, nap time, or evenings when not in the pool to block the sun on hot days. The fence around the pool was nice for privacy purposes. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall the space was exactly what we needed for our trip and is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again if back in Austin!

We had a great time at Tray’s place in Austin, TX. The place was very clean and spacious. Tray communicated very efficiently and timely. He was able to promptly answer and help me with any questions that arose during my stay. Would recommend this location in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was something special. The home was spotless, beautifully put together, and had everything we needed for a smooth, relaxing stay. The little touches—super comfortable beds, soft linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy corners to unwind—really made a difference. The location is ideal. You’re just minutes from great coffee shops, restaurants, and all the Austin highlights, but the neighborhood still feels quiet and peaceful—perfect for slow mornings or winding down at night. What really stood out, though, was the host’s hospitality. Communication was quick, kind, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. Whether you’re in town for a weekend or a longer stay, this is the kind of place you’ll want to bookmark and come back to. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The location is close to everything you want to do downtown, but also quiet and peaceful. There are great walkable restaurants too. The hot tub and outdoor area is wonderful!!

Pool and backyard area were the entertainment center of the house. Lovely and very private. The main living area spacious and bright.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Super sweet host, place is nicer in person. View is amazing & super clean. I had left some items behind & Erica kept communication therefore I could get those items back. 10/10 stay, definitely staying here again.

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

I had a great stay here! Solo female traveler and I felt totally safe in this property. I cooked a bunch and had everything I needed here! Very comfortable stay!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

Wonderful place! The backyard is private and the pool was fabulous. Home had plenty of room to gather and have fun and beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to some great restaurants and Barton Springs.

This was a perfect weekend retreat for my family to enjoy one another. The pool and outdoor space were perfect outdoor spaces. We also enjoyed the French bakery located just at the gate of the entrance, so delicious!! Sue was a very friendly and kind host. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Mikes place in Driftwood. Peaceful snd private, but close to local restaurants and shopping. My kiddos loved the pool. We will definitely stay again!

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day

We had a variety of ages for family members staying for our daughter's college graduation. The house was well-appointed, and perfect for our multi-generational needs. I cooked 4 large meals in the beautiful kitchen...but happened to forget a lot of the cooking and serving-ware I planned to use. Shanna's place ended up having everything I needed! (And the two dishwashers were clutch!) My in-laws commented numerous times that the layout was incredible, and we're discussing coming back for gatherings more often. This place is great for families! Loved our experience.
