Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

The condo is very cosy and with everything that you need either for a short or a long stay! All new kitchen appliances, comfortable bed, awesome internet speed and the location is great, easy access to downtown or the main highways. The host was very responsive, clear instructions and always focused to provide the best experience for the guests. I would definitely return to Nikita's place, I felt like at home!

Great place! The house was clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The location was perfect – close to everything you might need. The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend it!

Gina’s place is nothing shorter than perfect. Don’t hesitate questioning if this place is right for you, do yourself the favor and book it! I will most definitely be back, everything was described perfectly and it made my visit to Austin feel right at home. Very easy location for uber pickup as well.

Loved the location. Close to everything. We’re surprised how quiet with being next to a main street. Really clean. Small but very nice kitchen.

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place! The listing was even better than we could have imagined! The location being just off South Congress was great as we were able to walk to sightsee and for a coffee/food. We mostly loved how the place was across from a local park and trail system- with two little kiddos this was a huge bonus not to mention Julie and all the things we needed for our kids, a tv with access to their favorite shows and a pack n play bed for our little one. We are grateful for our stay in her mom.

Very pleased we picked this place. The apartment itself was lovely, and so well stocked with extras like the tea and coffee, toiletries, masses of towels etc.. So comfortable! Quiet and enjoyable place, and a nice shared pool. Would certainly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. In fact we tried to, but our dates were already taken. It's clearly popular and I can see why. Thank you Gian Carlo for an excellent experience!

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

The place was spotless! Looks like we were the first to ever use it — clean, funcional, well decorated and with a perfect view. We were there to join the SXSW and the distance was just perfect. Besides it, the Windham people were just the nicest, always helpful. Derry, who was at the front desk when we checked-out, was so careful and friendly that made us want to come back next year. Thank you Brad & Sara! We felt like part of the family 🩷

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.
