Vast, park-like yard, on-site gym, pool, grill, & basket/volley/pickle ball court. Walk to Lady Bird Lk, TX Row Ctr, Zilker Park, Deep Eddy, Maudies, & HEB. We live in main house w/ 3 friendly dogs but give our guests privacy. 1 caveat: our Labrador WILL WANT to swim w/ you, so if that's not your vibe, maybe not a fit :-)
