Monthly Rentals in Silverton

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

A few suggestions: For safety reasons, It would have been nice to have instructions as to where to turn off the light at the top of the stairs. The first night we were there, we slept with the hall light on all night shining into the bedroom. A new bar of soap even if a hotel size soap would have been good. Nobody wants to use a bar of soap that was used by a stranger. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The Air BNB was very comfortable with large rooms. it could actually sleep seven if need be with a futon in the main bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and bunk beds and single in the second bedroom although only one bathtub/shower that needed to be accessed through the master bedroom.

The stay was great for me and my group. Plenty of space for a group of 5. The main floor and upstairs are remodeled well and very comfortable living quarters. Seems that the basement is going through a transformation soon, and will love to see how it is flipped!! I will definitely want to make this my go to home when visiting the Cincinnati area. This is an amazing stay in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to lots of stores and restaurants.
