Perfect Place for perfect occasion, very good location, helpful host, always responsive. Nature surrounded witj Kangaroos in backyard sometime. Ypu can just Walk to Beach and get amazed. Everything was in the house what you need. Clean and tidy property with all facilities and furniture. Thank you to Debbie for everything.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Rosewood Retreat was a beautiful house, spacious for a large group. My family and I had an amazing time here and everyone loved the house.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

It was a great place to be at with friends. I would definitely recommend booking isle of palm as it was clean, had all the amenities, easy to find and you can have a great time here with family and friends.

A beautiful home with exceptional amenities for 5 adults and 5 children. Rebecca has thought of everything we might have needed and more! Great, very safe outdoor area which was well fenced for children and 2 very happy and settled dogs. 2 separate living areas with plenty of activities for the children made for a wonderful 5 night stay. We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.
