Monthly Rentals in Sfaranda

We had a fantastic stay in Sergio's wonderful place. The old building has been very nicely restored and the views from the private terrace are spectacular. The surrounding area is the most beautiful in all of Sicily with lots of amazing places to visit. There's a good restaurant just 5 minutes downhill on foot where we ate every night - the pizza and pasta are excellent and well priced. Our 4 nights were definitely not enough and we hope to return as soon as possible and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Very big and nice apartment, the terrace with views to the valley is top.

The villa is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. Of course, being a villa in the countryside, it's in a secluded location, but the nearest village is a 5-10 minute drive. The house is really equipped with everything: in the bathroom, towels, shampoo, conditioner, intimate soap; in the kitchen utensils for cooking and dining (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.) but also oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, pasta, and some aromatic herbs. Paola is very kind and has given us many tips for restaurants and events in the area. Everything is perfect. We'll be back!

Great place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for including ice cold Aircon. The view is amazing and Franchina kept in touch on regular basis to make sure all was fine… we would recommend this to our family and friends to stay here.
