This home was super comfortable - had lots of room and all the amenities. It was very centrally located to town - easy to walk to town. The hosts were very helpful answering any of our questions and even dropping some things off for us at the house. Really appreciated their hospitality!

Diana and Jean have an absolutely lovely home nestles in the woods by a creek. The parking is private and in the back. There are clear instructions everywhere on the property. You get a private fenced area for your dog and there is a potty bucket and scooper as well. The inside is beautifully decorated and comes with every extra amenity you can think of! Snacks, and fancy bathroom extras like shower steamers. You are on the top floor so it is very quiet and you get a perfect breeze to cool it off. It is also walking distance to several pizza places and coffee.

Such a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was super exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The views were amazing and the neighborhood was peaceful.

This beautiful basement apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The home is well kept and safe. I loved that the communication was quick and that my questions were answered. What a great place to stay and enjoy the area!! I would stay here again if the chance arises.

Kate’s home is ideally located in downtown Loveland and just one hour from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Only half an hour to world-class breweries in Fort Collins. Plus, lots to do in Loveland! The space is beautifully decorated to match the style of the home, with cozy linens and a well stocked kitchen. We were very happy with the pet friendliness of the booking and hope to stay again soon!

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed at the Plum House for a family wedding in FoCo and really enjoy our stay. The house was clean, new and perfect for basecamp during a busy 3-4 days of wedding activities. Great location, close to campus and very walkable to many restaurants. Also felt like a great value.

We were in Fort Collins for a college visit with our son and found Fred and Carol’s place to be very comfortable and clean. Fred’s woodworking skills are impressive and on full display in each room — the staircase is amazing! And the back yard is inviting and relaxing. The location is close to the CSU campus and within walking distance of the fantastic downtown — just a great neighborhood. Fred and Carol were the perfect hosts, and we enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them a little. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great space in a quiet residential neighborhood not too far from the cool parts of the city. Kind, responsive host. We had a nice time!

My daughter and I came to Greeley for the International Miss Pageant. The rest of family stayed at the Doubletree hotel which was right around the corner from us. I prefer this method of stay instead of a hotel, so this worked out perfect for us. This is located right by a very nice park and most everything you need, from restaurants to specialized coffees. While we really only used our stay here to sleep, we felt safe, and the beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower with the panel massage system was a nice bonus! The hosts always responded quickly, and we enjoyed our stay. Would certainly stay here again.

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

This apartment was amazing. I was on a work trip and this provided me a feeling of home. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had a great feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and easy to get around. The area was quiet and easy parking.

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!
