Great space in a quiet residential neighborhood not too far from the cool parts of the city. Kind, responsive host. We had a nice time!

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

Perfect location for our daughter's graduation from CSU. Easy walk to Old Town, great spot for our weekend festivities. The bed was very comfortable!

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

My buddy and I did a week retreat to work on our product ideas, and the place was amazing for that. Everything was perfect. I appreciated the attention to detail the hosts had put into everything. Would love to stay there again sometime.

My siblings and I booked Hannah’s AirBnB while our dad had emergency surgery. If anyone needs to know, the UC Health center is just 10 mins away! Hannah’s home was so spacious! If I ever come back with our kids, it would be the perfect place for large families because there’s so much space. Additionally, it was super clean! You would never know it’s pet-friendly because there wasn’t any pet hair or pet odors at all. Speaking of pets, at the last minute, by brother-in-law came down to see my dad and had to bring their dogs. I was so thankful Hannah’s home was pet-friendly; that hadn’t even been on my filter when I searched. And gratefully, when I messaged and asked if it was ok to add one more person and two well-behaved dogs, they didn’t hesitate to welcome them. So hospitable! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is a haven with a beautiful landscape and a hot tub, and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend Hannah’s home!

Jeanna was so welcoming and sweet. The apartment was beautifully decorated with art and was SO COZY! I would love to return to this cute apartment in wonderful Loveland!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

We loved our stay here. Was the perfect size for us and was in a great accessible location for all that we wanted to do in while in town.

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

This was the perfect place for our trip. We spent most of our days hiking through Rocky Mountain National Park and Matthew’s place was a cozy place to come back to at night and rest up for the next adventure! Very clean, very hospitable - thank you for having us!

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

Cody’s place was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, coffee pot and the morning walks to Glenmere Park. It was perfect!

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!
