My place is close to public transport & activities and great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NO cleaning fees & stocked with food you are welcome to consume. I have bikes that can be used too.

We have a mother-in-law suite available to rent for you. Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Mid Town FoCo, Quaint Little Space for 4.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
