Monthly Rentals in Selva-Wolkenstein

We went to Selva di Val Gardena knowing that he summer season had not yet started...but this is exactly what we wanted! Evelin's apartment is small with traditional decor. We were only two persons so it was fine for us. The apartment is comfortable and contains all the necessary amenities . It is located in a quite building in the second flour and does have a spectacular view of the mountains from the spacious balcony. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the center of Selva. Coffee houses, restaurants, supermarkets and many shops are easily reachable on foot. Our host was attentive and fast answering all our questions. All in all a great place to stay!

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. I stayed at Thomas's place for four weeks.Even though it's a space for 6 people, it's not enough for other guests, and the host's wife washes the bed sheets and towels and brings them to us from time to time, and above all, there's no shortage of privacy, and most importantly, there are plenty of trekking courses within a 10-minute walk from the center of Dolomiti (Ortisei Dosesse).If you want to enjoy the Italian Alps, don't hesitate.You won't regret it. The downside is that I don't want to book for more than 2 weeks (because it's very popular)

The place was really great. We came in on the last week of the ski season so all of the restaurants were closed. We enjoy walking, so the place is very close to the center of town and you can walk to the Nives slope and start skiing from there (convenient especially if you're a beginner). There's even a space in the garage to have your ski gear at the end of the day. So for a cozy little apartment a bit off of the main axis this place was perfect. Arthur is nice, responsive and always on top of things. I enjoyed our interaction.
