This is the dream location — minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. They have everything you need. We had our 4 month old with us and were totally comfortable.

Great stay! Everything was just as described and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is on a busy street so it was a bit loud, however the noisemakers in each room helped to drown out the noise very easily. Had everything we needed and we would stay again.

Susan was an amazing host! Her property was immaculate. She was extremely helpful when we needed a last minute adjustment to accommodate a family member. All around great experience.

My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

Perfect rental for a quick beach getaway. 5-10 minute walk from Nancy’s place to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Hampton Beach. We enjoyed eating dinner at the outdoor table and the roof deck was great for sunsets. House is located at the end of a dead end street which helped nightlife noise while our little kids were sleeping. Host was very responsive and accommodating when we reached out with questions or needs.

We had a great stay and with the rain the cabin was a cozy environment with plenty to do to occupy our time. Also it was close to some great restaurants and a winery with mini golf for the kids and adults only a 15 minute drive. Great location

Katy's house was the perfect space for a peaceful getaway. The house was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, and the view of the lake was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we get the chance!

Eddie’s pirate sanctuary was awesome. Beautiful views, very nice fixtures and super cozy.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The location with unobstructed views of the ocean is very hard to beat. The L-shaped enclosed porch really makes this condo very special. The detailed communication made everything easy. We had a nice time and would love to return.

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

I had a busy week and it was great to come back to such a comfortable space. Jen was also very responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

Mary Jane was exceptionally responsive and communicative, greatly enhancing our experience. The studio condo's corner location provided a delightful sense of privacy while enjoying the balcony. The ocean view was truly stunning, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you, Mary Jane!
