Kathy’s spot was a welcome retreat tucked away from Lebanon town center. Lovely hammocks and a big backyard with lots of birds and peepers to lull you to sleep. We adored this overnight stay and were super thankful for the clear instructions and responsive host. WiFi was easy to log onto and very fast. Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

Angel was our host for a friend’s Bachelor party. Plenty of space and beds, along with fantastic decks and outdoor spaces for hanging out. Great sound system for music. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Right next to Wallys for live music! 10/10

we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

I very much enjoyed an extended stay at Randy’s place. A charming little house in a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to just about everything. Nice and quiet and comfortable. Lots of windows and very sunny throughout the day. Felt very much like a home. Randy was very responsive and communicative throughout my stay. It was a pleasure meeting him while he tended the flowers and plants around the house.

This is a fabulous home: close to the beach, clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely appointed. The beds are comfy and the location is quiet. Emma is a perfect host! My husband, my dog and I had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

The accommodations were attractive and comfortable--just as described and pictured in the listing. It was perfect for our family in terms of location and space. The grounds are quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool that was very inviting but unfortunately the weather was still a little cool for a swim. Ian was great with communication and a warm and welcoming host. We were very pleased with our stay.

We were lucky enough to have a very extended stay at this lovely little bungalow! The house is so sweet! The layout is easy, the rooms are comfortably furnished, and the floors are beautiful, and there is an incredible library of books. The house is full of natural light, and nestled in a little private spot. There is lovely landscaping in the front yard, and the back yard is magical. The pool is amazing, and you feel like you are in your own little peaceful world here. The house is an easy walk to all of the things that make Rockport such a cool town. And, you can hear the ocean at night from the yard! Trent and Cassie are the best hosts! Kind, responsive, and mellow. We loved everything about our stay! We will be back. ( :

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxestay! It’s a stylish, upscale apartment with all the amenities we needed. The space was clean, and the air mattress was available. We also appreciated the host’s kindness in arranging a pickup with the cleaner when we’d forgotten something. Highly recommended!

Awesome and relaxing! Adam is a very attentive host. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. The sounds surrounding the home are lively yet soothing. Ps Best vacation yet! Can't reccomend this place enough, if you're looking for a place in hampton beach this is the one! Huuge plus for being dog friendly but even if you dont have a dog this is by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. The owner was so sweet and they thought of everything you could possibly need, we had a great time using the grill instead of eating out the last night as well. Definitely booking again!

Perfect little beach cottage! Comfortable, clean and very convenient to the beach and other fun activities like the arcade. Would definitely stay here again!

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡

An INCREDIBLE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay! This was our first trip with our puppy and baby and we felt right at home. We arrived to an incredible personalized touch — a box of snacks, bottle of wine, and a note to welcome us. The house was spotless and filled with the amenities you’d get at a resort — from dishes to silverware, to shampoo and soap, to extremely comfy beds and beautiful decor. It was a peaceful and relaxing time by the water, especially loved the deck, yard, and kayaks. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ken & Amy's ,the locals were friendly even on Halloween !!, Walking distance to pubs and restaurants ( 2 mins) , The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed , loved being a porch person :-)

This place has a million dollar view of the ocean. With the front porch and huge sliders to appreciate view anywhere on the first floor it was a spectacular house. The kitchen’s high end appliances and clean white cabinets gave a it a real beach feel. The master’s view of the ocean was fantastic to sleep in with the windows open to hear the waves. The bedrooms are all well done and as good as the pictures on line. The house could. Not have been better to celebrate our son’s wedding! We are already planning to return with friends for a future visit.

The artist suite is the perfect getaway my partner and I were looking for a way from the city! It was peaceful, quiet and surrounded by the beauty of nature. The location has much to offer of nature in walking distance, and everything else you might need outside of solitude within a 10-15 minute driving radius. It was a peaceful place to just relax, in between adventures to downtown Gloucester and surrounding hiking trails.
