The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Shannon's getaway was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including extra beach towels and it was such a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was very clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and from the porch we could see and hear all of the cool cars cruising around. Shannon was very responsive and gave easy instructions to find parking and getting into the place.

Can't reccomend this place enough, if you're looking for a place in hampton beach this is the one! Huuge plus for being dog friendly but even if you dont have a dog this is by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. The owner was so sweet and they thought of everything you could possibly need, we had a great time using the grill instead of eating out the last night as well. Definitely booking again!

Came to Hampton for a girls trip and had the best time. We loved staying here. Our place was clean, homey, and well equipped with everything we needed. Jason responded quickly to our questions. Within walking distance to the beach. It’s in a great location - close to many popular attractions/towns in NH and Maine. Would definitely stay here again! A Peaceful Getaway at Rocky Neck Allie’s place was exactly what we needed. A peaceful, cozy retreat that gave us the space to truly reconnect. Tucked away in a beautiful spot, it felt like a hidden gem. Everything was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and find stillness.

We stayed at Kathy’s Place for 9 days during the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. We felt right at home, the kitchen was fully equipped and I was able to cook several holiday meals - I was actually so grateful not to have to rush out for anything. I was able to work remotely and the office/desk space was great to have. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Wow! Wonderful Airbnb with amazing hosts! Alan and Karyn understand the meaning of hospitality! They thought of the extras that make guests happy. I love staying at an Airbnb where you truly feel at home and have everything you need. Comfortable beds! The house was beautifully decorated and charming. It has a nice big yard that our dogs enjoy. It's about 15 minutes to downtown Portsmouth, but we enjoyed the location. We took Ubers into town in the evening. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here! Thanks, Alan and Karyn!

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

Great location at Hampton beach and both levels fit our 8 family members well. Dog friendly which was key for us. Top level was great for entertaining, cooking and sitting out on the patio. Hoang was very communicative. Thx for a great stay!

This house was perfect for two parents and two grown children to spend Christmas week. The views were amazing, the setting very peaceful. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. (Lots of dog walkers.) The temperature throughout the house could be regulated very well. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. The TVs worked great and there was comfortable seating for our group. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms worked great -- plenty of hot water and nice amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped for any kind of cooking. As we were leaving, my wife and I said this was probably the first AirBNB we've stayed in to which we would happily return.

Kyoko was kind and responsive! Her place is spotless and well organized with everything you need. The cottage sits out on the marsh so when you are inside it feels totally private even though you’re in a neighborhood and close to everything on PI and downtown Newburyport.

My family and I stayed while attending a wedding in Exeter. The house was spotless, Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, all the necessary amenities, very inviting Bob provided great communication. We had a great very relaxing stay.

This was my second time staying at the pink cottage and both times our stay was amazing. It also rained both times! Close to downtown Newburyport and steps from the beach this is a prime location for both a private place and close to good food, and shopping. Michael was a responsive host and check in was easy via locked box. The cottage is stocked with basics and items you can use to take to the beach. Will definitely return !

We had a fantastic vacation in this home that accommodated my family, including my elderly mom. She was able to enjoy the beauty of the ocean and beach whether she was inside or out. Precious times for all of us!

I very much enjoyed an extended stay at Randy’s place. A charming little house in a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to just about everything. Nice and quiet and comfortable. Lots of windows and very sunny throughout the day. Felt very much like a home. Randy was very responsive and communicative throughout my stay. It was a pleasure meeting him while he tended the flowers and plants around the house.

This place was perfect! The weather was hit or miss during our visit. We used the bikes to ride around the island when the sun was out and enjoyed movies on the comfy couch when it rained. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and restaurants!

Upon the recommendation of a friend who stayed at David’s last year, we spent a four-day weekend at David’s this spring. And we were not disappointed. The house is pristine, modern, beautifully decorated. The house feels open and spacious, with several discrete seating and dining areas. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve full meals, although you can also just walk 2 minutes and be at several restaurants and cafes. Even doing dishes is enjoyable - one kitchen wall is just windows, and you can see herons fishing in the river or groundhogs skittering across the lawn. The outdoor space is great, and for being so close to town, it’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, even the pullout couch. Great linens. High end soap in every bathroom. Really just wonderful. And David was a fantastic host - very communicative, clear with instructions. The house “manual” is comprehensive. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.
