Awesome and relaxing! Adam is a very attentive host. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. The sounds surrounding the home are lively yet soothing. Ps Best vacation yet! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this beautiful little spot is! We felt so cared for and welcomed, and truly they thought of everything. We had an amazing visit to Boston, and spent mornings in Salem and Marblehead, which was such a perfect New England town. We would recommend and would certainly stay again if given the chance! Absolutely wonderful hosts!

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

We had such a sweet couple of days in Rye and Bungalow number 12 was the perfect spot. Close enough to stores and restaurants if needed yet still a super quiet section of beach. Absolutely lived it♥️

This was our 2nd year staying at the Post 12 Beach House! We like that it’s a few minutes walk to Hampton Beach and the boardwalk. Melissa makes us feel welcome and is always responsive to any inquiries we may have. Thank you!

The place was very clean and well organized. Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, resturant, and right across from the beach. Tom was a great host being proactive in getting us checked in with clear instructions. Definitely would recommend this location!

Condo was exactly as pictured. The location with unobstructed views of the ocean is very hard to beat. The L-shaped enclosed porch really makes this condo very special. The detailed communication made everything easy. We had a nice time and would love to return.

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Jim was the best and his place was perfect. I got sick and was unable to make it but Jim let us change our reservation to another weekend which was so nice. The place was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. Very comfortable bed. I’m always worried about bathrooms at places being sketch but this place was spotless. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Sunrise and sunset from this location were both spectacular. The ocean is right across the street. Beautiful!
