Holiday rentals with a patio in Seabrook

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

This apartment served for a pleasant stay! I reserved the stay for four adults and it was exactly what we needed. The amenities made it easy to feel at home and the walkable surroundings felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were also nice and responsive which is very reassuring as a guest.

Great location for our group. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

We had a great stay. We only wish we would have had more time in the area. Nice quiet’s cozy place. Tv entertainment was awesome, clean kitchen as well. The beds were super comfortable. What stood out the most was the shower pressure, so good! Thanks again.

The Cottage was perfect as a place for us to crash and relax before a crazy weekend wedding in Arlington. The house was decorated with interesting prints and so many books! Though the weather was not ideal, the deck with its views looked amazing. My wife decided that we would try to stay here whenever we come to the Boston area. Minutes from Winchester and the T and the quaint restaurants and coffee shops. We love it.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Perfect rental for a quick beach getaway. 5-10 minute walk from Nancy’s place to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Hampton Beach. We enjoyed eating dinner at the outdoor table and the roof deck was great for sunsets. House is located at the end of a dead end street which helped nightlife noise while our little kids were sleeping. Host was very responsive and accommodating when we reached out with questions or needs.

This is a great location - right across from the beach. We walked on the beach every day. The drive up 1A along the coast to Portsmouth is beautiful. We went off season so most of Hampton Beach closed down, but drive a couple miles inland to the town of Hampton and you'll find a grocery store and more restaurants. The condo is very comfortable. It's a studio so not big, but the host has done a nice job with lost of amenities and consumables. It's on the south side of the building so plenty of sun. It has a deck with a partial view of the beach. The only thing to note depending on your mobility is it's on the third floor so two flights of stairs - no elevator.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s condo in Seabrook! The space was beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The mattress was incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well! It was exactly the kind of relaxing, much-needed getaway our family was hoping for. Lisa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We can’t wait to come back!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

Super cozy space, very responsive Host!

Jim was the best and his place was perfect. I got sick and was unable to make it but Jim let us change our reservation to another weekend which was so nice. The place was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. Very comfortable bed. I’m always worried about bathrooms at places being sketch but this place was spotless. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Sunrise and sunset from this location were both spectacular. The ocean is right across the street. Beautiful!

This condo is gorgeous. You can sit on the couch and watch the beautiful ocean view. It is spacious, with large TVs in every room. The mattresses in both bedrooms are very comfortable. I was able to get much-needed rest! I will stay here again!
