Monthly Rentals in Sassuolo

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night only to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is available if needed.

Thank you for hosting us. The house was as described and we appreciated our stay. We recommend providing clearer instructions in multiple languages to help avoid any miscommunication due to translation in the app.

It was a great place, I'm glad you stayed at Marco's house:)) We checked in very late at night and this was no problem. The house was very clean and the design of the furniture was beautiful and useful. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning made us very happy. A lot of things were offered for breakfast at home and we didn't expect it. When everything was so beautiful, we thought that if the house was available, we should extend our stay for another day, but unfortunately our schedule did not allow it. We have already started to plan to come back here and stay longer:))) I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
