The carriage was a great place to stay. I was in Saratoga for work. It is close to downtown and SPAC. The kitchen is well stocked. It was great to have access to the herb garden for when I was cooking. The hosts were very nice, and I felt very comfortable there.

a wonderful little gem in an area that has very few accommodations. the vibe was great and we had loads of fun putting the 2k piece pokemon puzzle together

We chose to spend 4 days at Peter/Cathy's to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and it's the 1st place we've stayed that was so much better than the pictures! Trying to describe how gorgeous and peaceful this place is hard but for me I'd say if you've ever wondered what it would be like to live inside a Bob Ross painting with a cottage by a waterfall then this is the closest real life place. The constant sound of the falls is so incredible to fall alseep to. everything was ready to go and we even walked in to some home baked cookies and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was so amazing that they remembered why we were staying there. it was the perfect place for my wife and I to check out, relax and re connect all over again. its place is so cozy and just sucks you right into relaxation the way they have everything setup. marked trails are maintained very well but most of left natural which makes it that much better to explore the property. this place is a hidden gem!!!

The location is perfect for strolling about historic Albany. The space was very comfortable for 6 adults. We understood that we were staying in the carriage house outside the hotel but we were unable to use the beautiful hotel lounge and bar area shown in the photos as there was never a bartender and we couldn't bring our own beverages or snacks of course. The listing shows only the dining room table of the carriage house and no other interior living spaces. The hotel staff allowed us to borrow items to outfit our kitchen as needed which we appreciated. The listing states 'stove', it's a two burner cooktop and 'oven', it's a combination convection oven/microwave so plan your meals accordingly. We were able to throw a festive dinner but it took some jockeying for position and timing. We had to ask the hotel about the oven since it wasn't mentioned in the listing the microwave does both. There is only keurig coffee maker. There's a teapot but no electric kettle as listed. StilFun!

Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood between Malta and Ballston Spa, this guesthouse was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a delightful deck. Also, Christina was an incredible host who was responsive and helpful with any question we had. Along with a great place, we felt cared for the whole time.

This was a perfect house for our group of 4. Everyone had their own private space and 2 full bath was also great. Newly renovated inside but still included some of that older Saratoga charm. Very walkable to all of our favorite downtown spots. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

The little house was very quiet and peaceful and it was sparkling clean. There was everything we could want to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! I wish we had had time to enjoy the house more but our relatives kept us busy. I will recommend Sherlyn’s place to our other relatives.

This place was an amazing stay! The view from the deck is so peaceful and there was an abundance of wildlife to watch. The host was very responsive and really saved me from another unfortunate housing incident. I didn't make use of it, but they had a whole binder of things to do and places to see. They also had a very thoughtful welcome basket.

Our stay was perfect at Sheridan's little cabin oasis! The sauna was what intrigued us at first but the grounds and every little detail of the space really made the whole trip. Sheridan's property is secluded and peaceful, especially being able to hear the sounds of the birds and the brook directly outside. Even though it rained on our main day, it didn't matter... it actually made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place off the Main Street to the track! Easy walk to the track and Broadway restaurants!! Very comfortable!!! We enjoyed our stay!!!!

We had a great time staying at Anna and Julian’s. The place was clean, just a few minutes from town, and had a very comfortable couch. The parking was a huge plus too. They even went the extra mile with a few cute finishing touches. We would stay here again!

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

We had originally created the reservation for an event we were attending. Then, a family emergency occurred in which we needed a place sooner than the original date. Lydia had the availability and altered the dates for us. After this, the emergency required us to extend the stay - twice. Lydia had the availability and changed the dates again. Her flexibility helped reduce the stress of an already very stressful situation. I highly recommend staying hereon your next trip to upstate NY!

We had a wonderful time at The Nest! It was clean and cozy, with a delightful amount of privacy. The hosts were lovely! Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean place short Uber ride to SPAC and downtown

I loved our stay at Paul's apartment. Beautiful new space, spacious, very comfortable, glad to have the washer and dryer, and AC was a big help given the hot weather. The residential area is lovely, and only about 3 blocks walk from quality restaurants and a fine city park. Just check the amenities that Paul lists, as I did not do so carefully and realized that there was no stove/oven in the kitchen (but a good microwave is available). Otherwise the apartment is very well supplied and the bed is very comfortable (and King size!). I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our trip up to the county cottages so much! It was so refreshing to have everything we needed on our trip (even some things we forgot to pack). It is a very serene, quiet and friendly place. They have a beautiful place there with so much to do for the whole family. We are already planning our trip next year to go back! They have two large playgrounds for kids, one is a treehouse which was a huge hit for both my kids. The game room had some arcade games and a ping pong table which we used daily. They also have a pavilion that you can grill food, relax and play a game of pool. Right next to that they have a fire pit with a ton of Adirondack chairs. The pool was heated and was very clean! Bonnie gave us tons of recommendations for local restaurants in town and was always around saying hello and asking how we were doing. That made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to coming back and saying with them next year!

Pauls house is a wonderful find. The location is close to everything. The lake is a very short walk from the house. We particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboard. Pauls place is perfect for families and I highly recommend it
