Amanda’s description was spot on. The Cottage was a very cute place that’s very clean and nicely decorated. Her directions were perfect to find it. She was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely return. Thank you !

Myself and 3 other guys were in town for a work conference. Don’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay. It’s very close to the City Center and a lot of restaurants and bars. The house was exactly as listed. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and it was clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Dennis’s place is wonderful. Everything is exactly as described. It’s perfect walking distance to downtown for shopping and a conference I had, but was also far enough that my three dogs were comfortable without too much noise. Perfect little place in the city while still having privacy. Dennis was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed as well. We will definitely be back!

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

We loved the cabin! Nice and cozy and clean. The outdoor area with the fireplace and screened gazebo is a great addition. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen as well. Great stay!

We just returned from the Americade Motorcycle Rally. The location was very nice - the unpaved portion to the house a bit challenging on a motorcycle but we got used to it. Very nice and private. Home as described. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

Michael’s place was very comfortable for all our guest’s. Plenty of room, well stocked clean kitchen & welcome gifts (variety of craft beer and local wine). The house was close to our desired attraction about 10-15 mins. Close to restaurants & grocery store. Constant contact and very in-depth welcome book with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and exactly as advertised - also a quick drive to shopping, grocery store, and downtown Saratoga Springs while still being peaceful and private. Cannot say enough good things - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Loved our stay at Skip’s place for our group trip. The house is even more spacious than the pictures let on, and we loved hanging out in the basement, on the back deck and hot tub, and screened in porch area. The house was very clean, offered a lot of privacy and was well stocked with everything you’d need. Didn’t get a chance to use the HOA amenities for our stay but the offerings looked great. Skip was very helpful and kind.

I felt at home, the minute I walked in. The place was very spacious. I loved all the places I could place my items. I was looking for a place near water and this checked all the boxes. Can’t beat a hammock by a creek. It was close to all I needed.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful space inside and out. Everything about this trip and place was smooth sailing. Truly relaxing.

This cabin was great for a weekend in Saratoga. A quick Uber into town and a beautiful place to stay! We loved the mini horses. The house had a beautiful outdoor area and the host was easy to get in touch with and friendly

This place is a gem! We felt like being at home. Everything is of superior quality and you really feel the love and effort they put in this home. Would recommend 200%! Also this place is everything but tiny, plenty of room in every corner, the bathroom is spacious and overall we never felt being packed, even as a family of 5. On top, the owners are very easy to communicate with and very attentive to their hosts needs. Thanks so much for the great time we had in your place. We LOVED being at the Owl's nest!

Austin was great and he was very responsive when I had questions. The place I stayed in was quiet and very close to downtown. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Austin definitely exceeded my expectations!

Spectacular water view! Nice outdoor space right on the lake. Cottage was pristine and had great amenities. Particularly appreciated the "hotel" touches like terry robes and a lavish welcome basket with wine and treats. Communication with the owner was prompt and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t typically book guest home/ apartment locations, but I am certainly happy I did this time. The home is gorgeous on quite a bit of land, which makes it extremely quiet and peaceful. Every morning I watched as the deer grazed throughout the property without a care in the world & had I not been obligated to go to work I would’ve been completely satisfied sitting and watching nature all morning. Don’t let your social anxiety get the best of you, your quarters are completely separated from the rest of the house and you have a private entrance. This place will be on my list of places I attempt to return to when I visit the area again. 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Laura’s lovely home. My daughter and. Came for my son’s graduation from Skidmore. The home was just as pictured: nicely furnished, two lovely bedrooms with good beds, a nice living room and modern kitchen. Everything was spotless. The location was excellently, walking distance to town but in a quiet area. There’s a lovely porch with 2 chairs to sit outside. Laura was great to communicate with, she got back to me quickly and was very helpful. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
