An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

We absolutely loved Maple Hill Farms. It's a wonderful place and a perfect choice for a trip to the Berkshires if you're an animal lover. The best part of our weekend was bonding with Philip's sweet and friendly donkeys! The studio is well laid out with everything you need, the farm is beautiful and peaceful (except for the roosters, haha!), and the location is great for visiting local sights like Mass MoCA and The Mount. We hope to be back!

This was our fourth year staying with Rob and we always have a fantastic time. Gorgeous spot on the lake, and the cottage is very well equipped. Rob is the best host and knows the area so well! You'll feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!

Cutest little Airbnb!! My husband and I came up for the weekend so that I could run the Gorges Ithaca Half Marathon. It was equal in distance to Trumansburg and Ithaca (just 10 minute easy drive to each!) , which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved the peacefulness of our stay, the beauty of the location and Heather was more than responsive! We knew exactly what to expect (and even we greeted by the 3 sweetest little dogs!). We highly recommend this place and we will absolutely keep this place in mind for when we come back!

Thomas was an exceptional host and was very attentive. The actual cabin itself was so cozy it made it hard to want to go outside (luckily it was rainy most of the weekend). Lake George was a short 5 minute drive and walkable distance to get to, the surrounding woods and trial were extremely beautiful and quiet. The home was exactly as described and also had genius labeling on appliances concisely explaining how to use them. The kitchen was great, we cooked every meal and were so relaxed, the bed was great too everything was 10/10 would definitely go back and recommend!

Great stay and cabin. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was even better than the pictures. Views were unreal and very peaceful !! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Just 1mil away you can find local stores, gas station, etc… We would definitely come back again!

By far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! Joni was an amazing host, and I also had the pleasure of meeting her husband Rob/seeing their unique, beautiful home. She was responsive and very helpful throughout my stay, and even taught this "non tech savvy" person how to operate the TV! The location is perfect- and in my case even more so, as I attended a family wedding at the Colony just a block away! Its a 5 minute walk to town, and at the same time very peaceful/private- a perfect combination. I fell in love with Woodstock and wish I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back, as there is much more to explore in the area- will definitely stay at Logstock when I return!

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the cabin- seeing beavers at the pond in the evening was great fun. The location is conveniently close to town but much quieter than anything in Saranac itself. Check in was a breeze and I appreciated being able to check in early. The porch string lights that came on in the evening were a very nice touch. I would gladly stay here again.

We chose to spend 4 days at Peter/Cathy's to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and it's the 1st place we've stayed that was so much better than the pictures! Trying to describe how gorgeous and peaceful this place is hard but for me I'd say if you've ever wondered what it would be like to live inside a Bob Ross painting with a cottage by a waterfall then this is the closest real life place. The constant sound of the falls is so incredible to fall alseep to. everything was ready to go and we even walked in to some home baked cookies and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was so amazing that they remembered why we were staying there. it was the perfect place for my wife and I to check out, relax and re connect all over again. its place is so cozy and just sucks you right into relaxation the way they have everything setup. marked trails are maintained very well but most of left natural which makes it that much better to explore the property. this place is a hidden gem!!!

We had a wonderful stay, the place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable—just a beautifully appointed guest house overall. We also loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the lovely view of the lake. It was a perfect home base for our visit to the Finger Lakes area—convenient to many local sights and restaurant options. The hosts were responsive when needed but mostly unobtrusive. Everything was easy about the stay, from check-in to our departure. Highly recommend!

Great experience! 2 wineries within 1 mile. Close to great hiking. William, was very accommodating with check in & check out time. Would highly recommend staying here. Very cute , clean and comfortable with get amenities.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! Denise's place is beautifully designed and has lots of thoughtful touches. The house is less than a 10 min drive from Accord and 15 min from New Paltz, so there was a nice balance of nature/privacy with easy access to restaurants and things to see. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and check in was smooth and easy.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and easy to check into. The best part was how close it is to Saratoga race track. We were in Saratoga for the Belmont Stakes and were able to walk to the track. Would definitely come back again.

Lori's guest studio was magical. Located on a French Country estate in a beautiful rural area near Cross River, NY, the studio fronted a lovely pond with the rhythmic sound of the aerating fountain and nightly chorus of bullfrogs that transport you to another time and place. The studio is beautifully decorated and perfect for our short stay. The Keurig coffee maker was well stocked but came in a distant second place to Lori's recommended cafe and patisserie just 10 mins away. Next time we return (and we do plan to return!), we'll try to make some time to explore the area and leave the ever-rushing world behind.

My husband and I arrived late, around 9:30pm, because we had commuted after work in NYC. Everything was impeccable. The home is perfect in some many ways. We felt very comfortable and got an amazing night's sleep. The following more we had to head out early to pick our daughter up from Binghamton. She stayed with us on our second night. Nicolette's and Tim's Tiny Horse Barn is so perfect. It is exact amount of space we needed. Even though the space is space, there were 5 tissue boxes in perfect locations. This may seem a small thing to some. But if you have allergies, it is SO appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with keurig coffee pods, creamers, sugar, tea kettle and more than everything we needed. Equally the bathroom was perfect. The beds were super comfortable as was the temperature. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The attention to detail is amazing. Everywhere there are little hints of horses, but not in an overwhelming way. We actually are having book sent :)

We were stunned by how magical this place was with all it's uniqueness of historic house. Spotless clean, spacious, very friendly owners. Our kids loved running around the back yard and playing board games that were provided. We would definitely come back, the only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay for longer, the area is very picturesque. many thanks!

The carriage house was a beautiful, homey, and peaceful place to stay! My wife felt safe alone there while I was out doing groomsmen things. The two A/C units really keep it cool despite the temperature and humidity outside. It was overall just an amazing place to stay at with very kind hosts and a every cute and good dog who respect your privacy. Also the air hockey table was a nice touch.

The location is very peaceful and serene and the hosts are very thoughtful. It was a wonderful stay, thank you so much for having us!

The Loft is a great spot and we had a very relaxing weekend. The goal was to hike, but with heavy rain, the sauna and the town of Keene were great to have right there.

The Eco Cottage was a perfect, tiny gem tucked away in the middle of the beautiful green woods. It was so private, peaceful, and serene. It truly felt like my own little retreat and since I was there to go on a retreat, this was the perfect place to lay my head at night. I loved walking the trails and wow, the pool, which looked so inviting (even if it was a bit too chilly to use this time!). Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hosts checked in regularly but gave me my privacy. I really enjoyed my stay SO MUCH and will absolutely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Easy to find, key pad entry, clean. Graham left some fresh eggs from his hens..nice touch. Quiet spot in a natural setting.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else, Jeff and Dawn set an extremely high bar. The home is beautiful, clean, and as described. Jeff is responsive, warm, and wonderful to talk to. We will absolutely be staying again, I can't thank you enough! See you again soon!

Beautiful, charming and cozy place. The perfect weekend spot for a family of 3 or 4 - very close to Millerton’s Main Street - which is full of shops and eateries - and the gorgeous Harlem River rail trail. The deck is the cherry on top in this place - overlooking the very well maintained backyard, garden & pines - perfect for a gorgeous breakfasts or winding down in the evening. Both Rachel and Mark were great hosts, friendly, responsive and respectful.
