Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saratoga Springs

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed. The location was ideal — just a short walk to Washington Park and a quick drive to all the historical spots. But the real standout? Our host. Incredibly responsive and warm. If you’re looking for a stay that blends comfort, style, and a true sense of place — this is it. Would give it six stars if I could!

Dan was an exceptional host! I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but Dan’s warmth and attention to detail made this an especially memorable stay. Super walkable to downtown, short drive to the state park, and a wonderful unit overall. Looking forward to staying again!

Great location within walking distance to Broadway and great communication from hosts. The apartment was as advertised, and extremely clean. The private entrance, washer/dryer, and noise machine were all pluses and made our stay better. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. The office could be used as a dressing room or for extra storage space for luggage. The interior was charming and just right for 2 people. We stayed for 3 nights and would have felt comfortable staying longer. We will be back the next time we visit town!

We had the best time the home was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable that I’m considering getting for my own home. They had games that were super fun to play and the house was a good walking distance to some of the beautiful sites.

Josh was a wonderful host, quick to respond and help me with any questions I had. Loved the cookies from the local bakery! Having the washer and dryer was very helpful as well. I loved staying here!

Our family had a great time here. We spent as much time on the dock as possible. So serene, so beautiful. And the view of the lake from inside the home, which was nicely renovated, is amazing, too. A special thank you to Trisha, who was communicative, helpful, and friendly.

This is a great place to stay when you are in the Saratoga area. It is close to downtown Saratoga and the racetrack, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean and a perfect space for an affordable rate. Great hosts. Hoping to stay there again.

A group of seven of us stayed at Dave's place for a college reunion weekend. Every single one of us loved this house! It was exactly as pictured - spacious and charming, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning units in pretty much every room to ensure comfort for all of us. The house was easily walkable into town and located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Dave was also very communicative and kind! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone - big and small groups alike!

Hands down-best rental experience I’ve ever had! If I could give Amy “6” stars in all the categories I would have. From the moment I reached out to her to ask questions about the rental through our stay, she was so responsive, reached out ahead of time when she knew something did or did not meet our criteria-which indicates how much she pays attention to her guests’ wishes-and was so kind throughout! The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished and full of love. From the moment you pull into the driveway you can tell how much care Amy takes in this house and providing a wonderful experience for her guests. This booking is located on a tastefully renovated 2nd floor of a historic home in a beautiful neighborhood near downtown Saratoga Springs. It’s spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The addition of some antiques throughout the apartment was very charming. The caretaker living on the ground floor was kind and helpful. The house is walking/biking distance to the Convention Center, downtown restaurants, shops, and bars. There’s a Fresh Market and a great coffee shop 5 minutes driving. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the kitchen is fully stocked. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The hosts were very responsive, understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

Anh’s place was perfect for our girls getaway! Lots of room for everyone including, beds, bathrooms extra linens etc. We felt right at home when we got there. Wish we were staying longer.

David’s place was a beautiful riverfront location, with all amenities we needed. David was responsive and attentive. The surroundings were green and peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

An absolute dream! This experience was top notch from the moment I clicked on the listing. Responsive host, clear directions, timely reminders and updates...the list goes on and on. And the space itself was even better than the pictures. The location was quiet and walking distance to the lake. The home was spacious and well laid out...and spotless clean from top to bottom. Every room was perfectly appointed with all the little, but important, things that you need to feel at home. My family and I are already talking about another trip!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!
