The Golden Girls home at the beach was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully decorated and spacious! Just perfect for families and just a few steps to the ocean!!! Our adult son and his girlfriend loved sifting for sharks teeth and shelling along the shore!! And it is just a short ride to many fabulous dining experiences. The area has seen its share of storms but with time they are moving in a positive direction. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

Amanda was an amazing host—communication was fast, clear, and super helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool. It was beautifully maintained and peaceful. The provided beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart—was such a thoughtful touch. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking with Amanda again. Highly recommend!

We had a four day get away for my husband and my two teenage children. The house was perfect for us. Just like the pictures. There's a bathroom with laundry room between the two bedrooms for extra privacy, our teens could sleep in while we got up and had breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was a peaceful spot to have my morning coffee. Beach is a short walk as is the surf shop, ice cream, and pizza shop. Nokimos is quiet in comparison to Sarasota proper which I really appreciated. It was fun to be able to walk to the rollicking Pops Grill and have an easy walk home. When we did take the rental car out, the driveway made any day trip easy to come home to. Kathy was very responsive and clearly wanted us to have a great time., which we did. Towels and beach chairs were provided which were very helpful. If we had more time, there was still so much more to explore as the location is nestled right between Sarasota and Venice. We had a wonderful time!

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nick was very accommodating and communicative. The condo is stunning and they have thought of everything one might need for a wonderful stay at the beach. We absolutely loved the decor and design- it is such a wonderful setup! And oh my the location -breathtaking views and just step out the door and onto the beach! We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great week in this fantastic house. It had everything we needed and booth the house and the surroundings are really nice. We are a family of five (3 teenage boys) and we had a lot of space in the big house. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt really welcomed by Jack and his wife. We truly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who will spend their vacation at Floridas west coast. Thank you Jack for letting us stay in your home!

We enjoyed being in this home very much. Friendly host, clear instructions, good recommendations, spotless, everything we needed (he even asked us what kind of milk we wanted in the fridge for our morning coffee!!). Quiet neighborhood. As all the reviews noted, great screened in front porch to sit and drink coffee, listen to the birds, watch the squirrels play, and admire the beautiful plantings. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

If you're looking for a serene and quaint getaway near the beach, this place is perfect! Nick and Courtney were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts and they keep their beautiful bungalow and pool in tip top shape. The house was perfectly spacious and comfortable for our family of 3, with all the amenities one would need for an extended stay away from home. They even provide chairs, an umbrella, and sifters for the beach. The grounds are beautiful and spacious and ideal if you enjoy more nature around you like we do. It's very conveniently located to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was absolutely perfect for the stress-free getaway we were looking for! My husband asked several days before leaving if we could come back again in the future. We certainly will be!

The home was perfect for me and my two small dogs. Clean, comfy, great location, quiet, super cute, large completely fenced in backyard ,exceptional communication, just all around pleasant. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great experience

We stayed in the Treehouse. Had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Never saw others staying in property so we did have our privacy. Pool was perfect for a little dunk and sun! Kitchen was great. Lots of fun restaurants and walkable to downtown if you don’t mind moving!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sarasota! The property is just as beautiful as described—truly stunning in every detail. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions, beaches, and great restaurants. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, and there’s a guest book filled with thoughtful recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore around the area. The house was spotlessly clean and had such a peaceful, welcoming energy. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to create a comfortable and special experience. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Just checked out after a great stay at this gem right in the middle of all St Pete has to offer. Great host, clean interiors and exactly as advertised. This is a very charming little cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We will be back!

Loved the location of this cute bungalow. Walk or bike ride to beach and multiple tiki bars and restaurants. We had a blast. Unfortunately we were here during Helene and Milton but Natalie and JJ always checked in with us to make sure we were safe. Very responsive and understanding. The neighbors also checked on us and it was a lovely community, with everyone helping each other out. We hope to be back soon!
