Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. Pool was very clean and house was well stocked with towels, laundry supplies, etc. Kitchen had plenty pots and pans. Pool had some floats and some pool noodles. Ample seating outside for everyone. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Light switches were kind of tricky but we figured it out. Didn't stay long enough to grill but hoping to come back again and try the outside grill.

The house is very convenient to the beach and to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the main street to be very peaceful. Also, the kitchen and dining areas are large, so there is no problem having dinner "at home" for the family, if you want a break from eating out. Checking in was very easy, there are TVs in each bedroom, and the appliances, including washer and dryer all worked well.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, TV was easy to manage. The AC system kept the units nice and cool. Amenities was accessible and plenty for all units to use. We were there just for the weekend but we were able to enjoy the porch, beach chairs, hats, bikes, outside shower, beautiful sunset. The Sand Bar was also a great place to have a meal and drinks. Thank you for a great stay.

Tranquil Tide truly lives up to its name. This cozy little gem felt like a peaceful escape, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was serene and comforting, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the charming décor to the generous extras provided. The courtyard was an absolute dream, with a soothing fountain and magical string lights draped through the trees—it felt like something out of a storybook. One of my favorite parts was the collection of DVDs, which brought on such a warm sense of nostalgia. Every detail added to the experience, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I’m already hoping to return!

Our stay in Longboat Key was nothing short of spectacular, it is the perfect place for a quiet beach vacation. Scott’s place was close to both downtown LongBoat Key and downtown Sarasota but far enough away to where it felt like your own little island, we really appreciated that aspect of the stay. Scott was very responsive and always friendly, I never felt bad for asking even the simplest questions. He is by far the best AirBnB host I’ve had. The walk to the beach is 2 - 5 minutes max, this made our stay 100x better considering public beach parking is always a pain. To summarize, this stay is for those who are looking to get away the crowdedness of places such as Panama City, Destin, and any other place where people are right on top of you every day. LongBoat Key was the best possible destination for a quiet beach vacation and Scott is the best Host to have for the experience. Thank you Scott

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

We had a great stay overall. The place is cozy and very clean. There was a small plumbing issue but William was responsive and sent someone over to take a look. By that time we had fixed it but i still appreciated him helping us. The Sea Club 2 itself is still under a lot of construction due to the 2 hurricanes so it was a little loud during the day but we weren't there much so it didnt matter a whole lot! The main road has a lot of loud vehicles but thats no ones fault lol. in any case I would definitely recommend staying at Williams place. it was a great vacation. Siesta key is a gorgeous place!

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

The cottage was the perfect beach stay. Clean, easy access to the beach, and all the amenities of home. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast out by the pool overlooking the golf and bringing dinner down to the beach for sunset. Definitely worth it.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

Really can’t beat the location and access to club-only beach area. No public beach was a huge benefit. The condo was great and owners were incredible! We truly enjoyed our family stay!

The condo was recently updated and looked fantastic. Great private access to the beach and plenty of trolley stops to get to the restaurants. Plus the beach wasn’t as busy as it was down by the public access part of the beach.

We have stayed at a different Airbnb 4 years running now. This was by far the best! We can't express how clean this unit is. Better than advertised. The views were amazing with the beach right across the street. No washing linens and towels before you leave. Prompt response to any questions or concerns. Ashley rocks! Planning on coming back. We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

Location was excellent, property was clean and as described. Free trolley service right on the corner made traveling to the Village easy. The view of the beach was beautiful and the shower had ample pressure and hot water for the 5 of us. Only thing it was lacking was enough towels and cleaning supplies to keep kitchen area cleaned up after meals. Will. Definitely return in the future!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

We loved the beachy speakeasy! Great location, easy walking to the beach, stores, trolley stop and more! The house was well equipped, the hosts are thoughtful and provide so many amenities! Chad was extremely responsive when needed and we will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the beach gave us a quiet relaxing house with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the solitude but a short walk and you were to the intercoastal and the beach. The road between beach and bay was perfect for morning walks.
