Quiet, cozy and comfortable. If you love plants, you will enjoy her gardens- they are beautiful! She thought of everything I might need and even provided things I didn’t know I needed. I would definitely book there again!

Beautiful little beach house! Clean and with all that you need for a nice vacation. Vanessa and Nicole were great hosts, answering fast when we needed them. Having beach chairs and umbrella available was a big plus! 100% recommended.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Cute little studio apartment nestled in a quite neighborhood close to all shops and beaches in Sarasota, a great couples getaway location.

This was amazing for my graduation weekend. I had friends travel into the area and we wanted a separate place to stay at and near bars. This was perfect and we had an amazing time. Pool was AMAZING.

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house looks exactly like the pictures! It was amazing . The house was so beautiful and so clean! Edina , Doris and joe the maintenance guy were very responsive and helpful. The house is on a quiet road . The pool was beautiful especially at night . The house is very close to siesta key beach and there’s so much more all near the home . I would Recommend this house and I will definitely be coming back :) it was a good experience.

This is the nicest vacation rental. The details are spot on. It is well appointed with quality products. PMI Is very responsive. Love the location and proximity to Ed Smith, Downtown Sarasota and more. We look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!!! Siesta Key for the win again. Unfortunately tropical storm Debby had other plans for us, but David was very helpful in fielding any of our questions pertaining with the storm. Definitely would recommend David & his beach rental.
