I rented Flavia's airbnb to hold the bride's day of my wedding that took place next to the apt, in the platform space. Without a shadow of doubt was my best choice. She and Dione were extremely proactive, solved all my doubts, helped me through the process. Thank you very much! The place is amazing for those who want a little peace and enjoy a wonderful landscape! Apt clean, organized, with new furniture and many utensils. Super recommend!

The apartment is great, well located. Lots of shops. Very friendly and helpful building staff. There are some points for improvement, such as the mattress, for example. I would stay again.

Well, Andrea and Rita were extremely helpful and attentive, they gave me hints of places. The region is very beautiful, the building is quiet, and the people who live there are very solitary. One of the important things I would like to point out is that: the apartment is identical to that of the photo, very organized and clean. Andrea was very cool: she had the prerogative that, on my last Airbnb, the host rated me very badly because of my dogs. Andrea was a little afraid, which I understand, the other woman said so badly... I could too, I spent 15 days on her Airbnb and I didn't clean it. There were a lot of hairs — it's normal, any pet loose hairs — and where they pee, it smells, so you always need a good cleaning. But even so, Andrea accepted the reservation and preferred to give me a vote of confidence. I've been in over 40 Airbnbs with my dogs, and I only had a problem in a place where they didn't like pets, and then a complaint came. But with Andrea it was different, and I kept AP clean.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, comfortable, with all the items needed for a quiet stay. The location is great, close to restaurants, ice cream shops, markets, just cross the street and is already on the beach. Fernando is an excellent host, super quiet, helpful and polite. Adoramos! Everything was perfect!

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

Loved the experience! The Apartment is simply perfect! The location of the apartment is great. close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, mall, and the best part, 2 minutes from Gonzaguinha beach. The structure of the apartment is also another very nice point. The flat has all the necessary items such as silverware, plates, bed sheets, pillows, oven, etc. And it was the experience with the Manoel host that couldn't have wished for better. It was very attentive, helpful and the disposition not only to answer my doubts, but also to indicate places to know in São Vicente. Indico super for those who are going alone or accompanied by 1 person and looking for a nice, well located and quiet place to enjoy!

Flávio e Renata's apartment is very beautiful! Super clean, smelling, tidy, well-equipped with all that is needed to pass the stadia with great comfort. Well decorated as we see in the photos. With the bathtub it's hard to want to get out of it kkk. The building is very quiet, very well located facing the beach and close to everything. The staff are very friendly. The super attentive hosts have passed all check-in guidelines. Super recommend to those who come for work or rest.
