I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The entire property is very beautiful and with a great location for those who come to visit the city.

Adriano was super nice and quick to respond, the place was super clean, a beautiful view of the sea, and the location is perfect, right on the sand. close to a restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor. we'll always be back!!!!

Large, airy, comfortable and well located apartment. The site is exactly the same as the photos of the ad. We received clean and well equiped. Always attentive Igor. I recommend to everyone and hope to return again and again.

My stay at the Apartment was wonderful! Everything was impeccable, the apartment is even better than in the photos, super spacious, in front of the cable car🚠. Communication with the host was great, check-in and checkout were super smooth. I saw in a review about the shower, that there will be no hot water, the person just couldn't regulate it because there are 2 valves to open the shower, and what a shower! Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend, I highly recommend it and I will definitely return more often.

Apartment complete and well set up. Not so close to the beach, but it makes up for the convenience it offers. We were very well received by Paula, who gave us all the necessary instructions. I hope to come back again and again.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Since the first contact to answer questions, Ricardo was very receptive and very attentive, the apartment is excellent. And he was very responsive and concerned about our well-being from the entrance to the exit. I recommend with my eyes closed. It is logical that I will come back other times.

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
