I want to congratulate Cesar for the extremely clean and well-equipped apartment, I swear I dream! I felt so welcome and as if I were at home. Cesar's apartment had everything we needed: Kitchen with pots, very good and technological stove, extremely clean dishes, very warm and fragrant blanket… I recommend the apartment and I would definitely come back more often! I had no trouble entering the building, and also in reaching the destination. A tip for those who need it, it is very close to Av. Presidente Wilson, which has many varieties of places, gyms, markets, McDonalds, and everything is very close and safe. I was able to have a very peaceful night. I also want to add here about the balcony view, which is very beautiful and quiet. Without much traffic noise, I thought it was very nice. Thank you Cesar for the impeccable accommodation! I will recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation, complete with everything you need for a great stay. Safe, with great service from the doormen. The studio has an incredible view, was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

What a perfect place!! It is close to everything (market, pharmacy, McDonald's, beach in a few meters and much more). The host was always helpful in answering questions when needed! We will definitely return!

I rented Flavia's airbnb to hold the bride's day of my wedding that took place next to the apt, in the platform space. Without a shadow of doubt was my best choice. She and Dione were extremely proactive, solved all my doubts, helped me through the process. Thank you very much! Flávio e Renata's apartment is very beautiful! Super clean, smelling, tidy, well-equipped with all that is needed to pass the stadia with great comfort. Well decorated as we see in the photos. With the bathtub it's hard to want to get out of it kkk. The building is very quiet, very well located facing the beach and close to everything. The staff are very friendly. The super attentive hosts have passed all check-in guidelines. Super recommend to those who come for work or rest.

Super tidy and clean environment! We were very well received and the check-in was quick and uncomplicated. The view is simply wonderful — I spent hours admiring it! Ciomara is a lovely person, always attentive, responded quickly and even gave us great tips for tours. We really enjoyed the experience and we are sure we will be back!

The place is a true lookout for the beach, all windows have panoramic views. We were impressed.
