Very high standard condominium, with wonderful houses and huge boats in the canals with private deck in each house. The house has one of the best views and a large lawn for the children to play on. The boat can dock on the private deck and it is very pleasant. Excellent value for money

It is a large, clean, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view and with privacy, there are no buildings in the front. The condominium is excellent for those with a small child, because even on rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there it has a certain smell of mold), outside playground and courts. It has a 24-hour minimarket inside the condominium that helps a lot. It has a muiiito supermarket near the building and it is not far from the centre. 10min walk to the beach, quiet but with a child or carrying much better by car. Kind and thoughtful hosts respond quickly.

Guilherme's house is amazing, even more beautiful than in the pictures and quite complete. To our surprise, he also left us a basket of organics, which made all the difference in meals in the period. Communication with him is also quite easy and we have had several tips on what to do in the area. The location is very quiet, the space quiet and we had a lot of privacy. It was a pleasure for us to stay in this house!

Worth every cent! The house is exactly like in the pictures, super wide and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen well equipped, I didn't miss anything. The rooms have air conditioning, but even in the room with the fans it is super pleasant in the heat. The beds and sofas are comfortable, we slept very well to enjoy the next day. Eduardo was flexible with the entrance and exit because he had no one before or after us, and this helped a lot because he was on the beach with children. Within the condominium, at the end of the street, there is a beautiful river that is well worth visiting. I recommend to anyone who is, take an anti-allergic and ointment beyond the repellent. I did not see any pernilongo there, the insect that pics is similar to a fruit fly, very small and hardly seen, but anywhere in the region it will have. The house is very good to go with the family, the place is quiet and very close to the center.

The stay was impeccable - the peace we were looking for to rest! The cabin is identical to the photos, all very clean and organized. Suzane is very dear and kind, super helpful and attentive. I'm already indicating to everyone and I intend to come back a lot more times!!!!

I really liked the space the house is delicious, the people who live in the place form a very beautiful community with lots of talk, bonfire, music and collective meals. It was a beautiful and very special experience ❤️
