Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in São Vicente

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and well structured. It is a few meters from the main avenue, with an Assaí Market practically next door, which makes it very easy. The hosts, Neia and Rico, were extremely helpful, quick to respond and very kind. I recommend it.

Jessana was very helpful and always responded quickly to my questions, she was attentive and gave me confidence. The apartment was clean, extremely organized and in an excellent location… If you go without a car, rest assured you can do everything on foot and there is a bus station nearby. The hotel check-in was quick and the staff were friendly, and the cleaning team always left everything clean and fragrant. I know we love it and we would definitely come back more often... I highly recommend it ☺️❤️

It was an excellent stay! Admier is very kind and attentive, always caring about meeting all our needs. During our stay, he was always available to help us. The check-in was super easy and the reception staff is extremely welcoming. The location is great, close to the beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. It is a very quiet and residential place.

My experience was wonderful, Vanessa was very kind and from the first contact always answered all my questions, she sent me a complete guide to the places around the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, I felt at home, everything was so clean and very fragrant. Our trip was tiring, but it was worth every minute, the soft bed that left me rested, the view from the room to the beach is breathtaking, sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves is incredible, having breakfast on the balcony looking at the sea is priceless. You can be sure that every time I go to Santos, I will stay with you. Loved it all ❤️

The very well equipped apt, a full kitchen, great balcony, felt like home

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Well equipped kitchen, with new furniture and appliances, dishes and high quality utensils. Marina was an excellent host; very solicitous, from start to finish. The district responded promptly, answered questions, indicated tours and restaurant, offered flexibity at check-in, was very kind and did everything possible to make our stay very convenient. It was a great experience and I felt at home. I recommend that you know this place!
