Andrea is the best host ever! This is my second stay at one of her apartments. She is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. Highly, highly recommended, you can't go wrong here. Book with confidence!

Diego and Luciana served me super well. The district allowed a more flexible check-in (determining factor for me to close the deal). The place is like in the photos, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, has a water filter, is spacious, and has 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. All perfect. The only downside in my vision is the price. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the location is located in Brás.

It was good the stay! I took my children and despite the building not having a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a feeding chair, a pigsty, a dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swab. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order, and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the flat is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Apartment exceeds expectations. Amazing view, everything extremely comfortable, well decorated, quality bed and bath linens, I felt at home. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the entire Riviera structure. Excellent host, we hope to return more often. A thank you to the doorman Mr. Luiz, who was very solicitous with us!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in every room, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.

This is my fifth stay with Robert at the OCA building. I highly recommend to any single professional that is looking for a safe and well located apartment in the heart of all the action in central São Paulo.

Lovely place, lot's to do around great bars and restaurants, the apartment was lovely but the building itself is amazing great views from the top!!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Apartment exactly as in the pictures! Nice bed and great shower! We loved the location! Nice restaurants, bakeries, markets and pleasant surroundings for sightseeing.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, exactly as in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality linens. I recommend and would definitely stay again.
