Holiday rentals with lake access in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Super Solicit, whimsical and delicious cuisine! Our experience with this home was great ! I highly recommend

We really like the space. The house is very well suited to the number of people indicated and is very complete in terms of utensils and appliances. The team that attended us was wonderful.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The Cristina space is a find to relax and enjoy with or without pet. The house is facing the dam in a place with few houses, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply contemplating. About the calm, despite the work in the house next door and some visitors to the dam with loud sound, nothing affected the tranquility of the days we spent. The space is extremely functional, with all the comfort of the city in the countryside (appliances, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming, distracting games). For those who have pet run like mine the place is ideal, every screen, which allows them to leave them loose throughout the stay. It was sensational days that made us want to always come back.

The house is simply amazing! It exceeded all our expectations. It is modern, elegant and extremely welcoming – every detail was thought out in very good taste. The outdoor area is very beautiful and with a wonderful view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish, leaving us totally at ease and ensuring that our experience was impeccable. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Everything is impeccable! Rosa is always very friendly. We will definitely go back again and again.

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We were delighted with the accommodation! The place is wonderful, very well cared for and exactly like in the pictures. We were super well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and sympathetically. He removed all our doubts and still had the affection to leave a special treat for us when we arrived. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely return and refer to others!

Great space. Clean, organized, well located, protected and spacious. My friends and I settled in well for 3 days with the help of Alencar, who was ready before check-in to explain every detail and clarify any doubts with extreme kindness and patience. If I could, I'd give it six stars. Complete apartment, well located, everything we needed was within reach, super safe condominium, beautiful and organized with 24-hour security. Everything is impeccable and new, I highly recommend it. I wanted to leave a record of an incident. Due to the bus schedule in my city in Minas Gerais to São Paulo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in, and we asked the host if we could enter a little earlier if possible, the host quickly responded, and as the apartment was already free, it facilitated our entry a little earlier, thank you because we would have been waiting about 5 hours, thanks. When I return to São Paulo, I already know where I will stay again.

Anderson's place is indescribable. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable, has TD that is necessary for a perfect stay. We had an unforgettable weekend! The house is truly a movie house, every corner extremely well decorated and with stunning architecture. The sofa with the fireplace next to it made our nights with friends seem like they came straight out of a movie. The property's grounds are huge and the garden is very well maintained. We used the large lawn between the trees to drink wine and paint pictures of 16 girls, where else would that be possible? 😍 We hired the caretakers' service and they kept the house organized over the weekend and cooked for us! We don't care about anything. We're definitely going back!

The place is wonderful, a place of peace. Ricardo the housekeeper is super attentive and his wife Ana marvelous also helped us over the weekend and made delicious food. Antonio is super fast in responses and flexible in relation to schedules. For sure, it is worth renting the kayak and the jetskis to take a few turns on the dam and delight in the beauty. We indicate a lot!!! *Some points to be improved in the chacara (already passed to Antonio) but nothing to harm your stay.

Excellent accommodation, everything very clean, very well organized. The house was 100% as described, no defects. I spent this weekend at Luis' place, it was extraordinary our stay. At the entrance of the condominium we were met with great zeal by a team that takes care of the security, with this we are certain that we would be very well guarded. When we arrived at the house, it is much more beautiful than the pictures. Luis and family congratulations for the house, we feel extremely comfortable as if it were our home. Everything was impeccable! spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped kitchen, quality crockery. The extremely inviting room, with fireplace games and books. We spent a delíciosa night. For me the best part, the balcony and the backyard, we delighted with a tasty barbecue, the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and went crazy with the real treehouse. The waterfall trail is right in the back of the house and is easily accessible for a walk. We bike on the lake trail that is wonderful. There was a feirinha on Saturday with pastel pamonha and churros.

The house was extremely clean and organized. Very quiet and quiet place, great for resting. Really heated pool, nice .jito. We felt at home.

The house is exactly as in the photos, comfortable, spacious, no neighbors, a beautiful view of nature from all the balconies, where we could stay in the hammock relaxing. I went with my husband and mother-in-law and Moacir was very solicitous and kind in making our check-in more flexible so we could leave early on Sunday. The condominium is very quiet and peaceful, with access by 2km of dirt road, which was very quiet. The heated pool was a plus, but we weren't "lucky": we had 3 days of sun, but temperatures between 23 and 25 degrees, which didn't make the pool as warm as other reviews mention, it just "broke the ice" of the water, and so we couldn't use it much. We intend to return in the summer to enjoy more... maybe it's because the sun in this autumn season that we went, it doesn't heat up much, and soon at 3 pm the pool is in the shade of the trees. But the experience and the days of peace and quiet were well worth it.
