Such a lovely spot in a great area of São Paulo. So many cute details made this place feel like a real home. Great location next to some great bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

To watch the sunrise was the high point of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

Great location, 100% accommodations, building structure without words too. I was able to do everything I planned to do. I definitely intend to stay again when I return.

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decor and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

Perfect. Cozy, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. I'm from the countryside, I loved the 22nd floor, incredible view of a big city with planes passing through the sky all the time. We love the experience. Gratitude. I would return whenever necessary, as the view is so incredible.

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The stay was wonderful. Felipe was a great host from the time of booking until the end of the trip. Elton, the caretaker, was very helpful. The house is beautiful, the space is very nice and comfortable. I'll be back for sure!

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, super pet friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! I met incredible people and blessed neighbors, and I had full assistance. The place is quiet, perfect for a moment of mental hygiene, and there are also beaches nearby. The condominium is super safe and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience! We rest, we walk, we interact and we enjoy every moment. Mr. Antonio is to be congratulated for his hospitality, always very attentive, as well as the caretaker, Mr. Valdir, who was extremely helpful. For those seeking a cozy retreat, I recommend these days in Guaratuba.

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

It was an excellent choice. Marcelo, the host, a super approachable person, kind, and I really felt at home, as he said to feel. Everything was organized, clean, and I found it even more welcoming and high ground than in the photos. I liked to be for a longer period, because the region has everything, the access is easy, neighborhood and educated employees, functional environment, easy to maintain order, and eh a grace. From the window, the view is special. My experience was quiet both to study and to have privacy, and to explore this region a little more. Longer Stay was a good choice

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, he will certainly be sought again.

The stay in Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment.
