The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The best short-term apartment I've ever been to in São Paulo, and I go there often. The space has a quiet and cozy decor that makes the apartment look bigger and well organized. It has everything you need for hosting, including bath products such as shampoo, soap or moisturizer and in the kitchen, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee capsules, all perfectly organized and available in small portions that facilitate day-to-day use without waste or old product. The bed is excellent, Queen size with very nice, clean and fragrant bed linen and has bedside tables which is rare in these small apartments. If you like to walk, the location is spectacular, close to several options of restaurants, bars, good quality markets. The host was very attentive and helpful, with easy and quick communication. She sent a list of nearby and quality places which made my stay even easier. Amei!!!

I can't say enough good words about this apartment. Everything was as described and seemed designed perfectly to fit my needs. The hosts were responsive and accommodating with my special requests. I will not hesitate to book this place again.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment.
