The sound of the sea, the birds, the crickets. Tranquility and beauty define. Apartment equipped with everything we need, we don't miss anything, on the contrary. It was what we needed to rest very well. Communication with Murilo is great, he is helpful, available, gives good tips for our stay and clear instructions on how the condominium works. To watch the sunrise was the high point of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

Very well structured condominium. I went with my wife and 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In other AirBnbs with fewer leisure options for children, she ended up getting bored, but the facilities of this condominium are great. The apartment is excellent, exactly like the photos and description. Bruno is extremely accessible and communicates clearly. Certainly, if I return to SP and need accommodation in the region, I will stay here again.

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

The house is wonderful, super well equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the yard all surrounded by wire fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% calm. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

We had a great holiday at Luciana's house. She was very responsive and kind in communication, willing promptly to answer questions and resolve what was necessary. The water of the dam is clean and great for swimming! Access to the dam is for many stairs, which for us was not a problem (and we already knew), but it is worth taking into account if you have reduced mobility. The super-equipped kitchen was a differential.

I stayed at Matheus' house and had a great time! The place is very spacious, super comfortable and has a great climate. What caught my attention the most was the back of the house, which leads directly to the river - the view is simply sensational, you can even see the beach in the background! The kitchen is open style, integrated with the rest of the house, which makes everything much more practical and cozy. The garage is also very good, just be careful with the entrance if you are going by truck, because it is a little tight. Overall, the experience was great! I recommend it without a second thought for those who enjoy space, nature and tranquility.

The place is wonderful! Unbelievable to have the beach in the backyard this way, and perhaps because we went off the holiday it was super quiet. The house is super well equipped, we hired the catering service on the first day, dinner was wonderful! And in the others we cooked and we didn't miss anything, the utensils were first quality. A D Rosa in the morning also helped us a lot, the house although it is in the middle of nature was super clean! The only thing I would add to pay attention before renting is that the house has stairs that are leaked and the bathrooms are a little tight... As we had two pregnant women and a 1 and a half year old baby among travelers this issue of accessibility and safety has gotten a little more difficult. Outside this question I recommend too much and would come back!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Apartment exceeds expectations. Amazing view, everything extremely comfortable, well decorated, quality bed and bath linens, I felt at home. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
