Andrea is the best host ever! This is my second stay at one of her apartments. She is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. Highly, highly recommended, you can't go wrong here. Book with confidence!

Diego and Luciana served me super well. The district allowed a more flexible check-in (determining factor for me to close the deal). The place is like in the photos, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, has a water filter, is spacious, and has 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. All perfect. The only downside in my vision is the price. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the location is located in Brás.

I loved the apartment, everything was very clean and fresh. It is very comfortable and has a nice view of the city. The hosts treated me very well.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, exactly as in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality linens. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order, and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the flat is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Anahy was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. The apartment is wonderful and has an incredible view. The layettes are great, she makes everything available.

The apartment is even more graceful in person! Clean, organized, cozy, and has all the basic items needed for a good stay. The address is easily accessible and has many nearby shopping options. The building has a great concierge team and the place has good security control. The few times I needed support, I was quickly attended to and everything went well. Sensational apartment. The beautiful landscape 😻 all neatly organized , clean and smelling towels, the wonderful shower. Everything in the photo is real. I loved it for sure I will be back again. The countryside is still better in person than in the picture. I'll be back, even more.

It is better than in the photos, the condominium is excellent with great collaborators, the studio has an excellent view, clean, organized. The neighborhood is quietly organized parking. I had a great stay. This little apartment is very clean and very-well equipped. The location is also very good, with many cafés and restaurants nearby as well as the excellent MASP museum. Best of all, Renatta is an attentive, considerate and responsive host. Recommended.
