The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Perfect stay, I stayed 10 days, I felt at home, clean, neat decoration, full kitchen, I highly recommend it.

Loved it !! Beautiful apartment, with a wonderful view. All very organized with affection , towels , super-smelling sheets. Very good Shower. Great location close to the shops, I went from Uber to the mall and did not cost $10, the city of São Vicente surprised me positively. Bertha Host is a compliment to the part , very polite and always willing to assist us, left everything well explained with tips and etc , a person's candy. I just have to thank 🤍✨

The apartment is new, well furnished and very comfortable. Exactly as in the pictures. The communication with Nelson and Carla was smooth, they always responded quickly and gave us clear instructions about the listing, check-in, checkout, and were very helpful. The location of the condominium is good, with a nearby mall, many options for food and leisure.

Staying in Monica‘s house was perfect for our Sao Paolo stay, we loved the beautiful airy location (it’s also super nice that it’s a personal home and not just a sterile Airbnb!) check-in and out was super easy and the area offers lots of walking distance food options etc. We were four people so of course the couple in the main bedroom had the more comfy sleeping situation, but for a few nights the matresses are absolutely fine. Would always recommend staying with Monica!

This is the third time I've stayed, I'm always well received, the location is excellent, safe neighborhood, close to good restaurants, shopping and Avenida Paulista. I'll be back soon!

It was my second time staying with my fiancé , and as always Francisca was very attentive, the apartment is impeccable, comfortable bed, clean and smelling bathroom, as always she is a great host. It's become my favorite spot and I'm sure I'll come back more often 🥰

The stay was excellent: the studio is well located, check-in was simple, the building staff were helpful and the nights were very quiet, with no noise.

Very cozy and clean studio, very complete! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the property. Besides being in a great location, with several bars and restaurants nearby, it is still an extremely quiet place to rest. Very welcoming hosts, the studio has a welcome treat, tips on where to eat, what's around, etc. (it helps a lot for those who don't know the area). I highly recommend it! It is by far one of the best studios I have ever stayed in SP, if not the best.

The place is quiet, the shower is warm and the house is well equipped. Close to markets, bakeries and public transportation. We recommend it!

Carlota is very kind, welcoming and very quick to respond and was even flexible with the check-in time. The apartment had everything I needed for the days I was in São Paulo, as well as a privileged view of the Masp, Avenida Paulista and Parque Trianon. I was happy for the hospitality and, in a possible return to the city, it is a space that I will consider to host again.
