Monthly Rentals in Santa Margarita

This place was beautiful!! And it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Our friends loved it as well and we were able to hang out comfortably and play games in the living room area! It was spacious and cozy!! Santa Margarita was very small but has a great coffee shop and antique store! We drove a short way to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo old town for a fun afternoon of exploring! I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a great stay near some great areas! Our friends who joined us live in Paso Robles which is a convenient distance from many fun things to do! Thank you Diann!!

This was a great spot as a home base for getting around the Paso Robles area. Comfortable for me and my friend and super spacious. It was really well-decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Casey was also so kind to send me some clothes that were accidentally left there. Highly recommend this spot!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.

Very nice place in a serene, natural setting, highly accessible for my aging mom, with only a couple steps onto the front door porch, two bathrooms, wide doorways for a walker.. Well-stocked kitchen for pots and pans, etc, coffee maker and (good) coffee was included There are a couple of other houses on the immediate property, but felt very secluded, . Met the owner Dave while he was working on his barn roof, heck of a nice guy. I didn't get a chance to explore the full 270 acres, but my friend took a quick bike ride around and said there was a lot to see, and very nice trails.
