Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

There is a DVD player with a T.V. screen. No Cable. It is located on the second story of our A-Frame shop. There are exterior stairs to get there.

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Marvelous Margarita Family Getaway with hot tub

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.

The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. We LOVED our stay! We were in town for my daughters graduation from Cal Poly which is only about a 15-20min drive away. The studio was super clean, had everything we needed, really beautiful scenery and view from the windows. PEACEFUL! The studio was easy to access and all the directions were helpful. The host replied back almost instantly. We really felt it was perfect for a weekend trip and kept saying we will use this air bnb again when we are in the area!

Our second stay here and exceeded our expectations (again) in every way. It’s everything you want from an AirbNb and perfect for 2 couples. It’s clean, well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love the outside sitting area. It’s so peaceful and feels like home away from home. Will continue to book this place when we visit the area. Excellent.

Chelsea was such an amazing and sweet host! This little getaway spot was perfect, with great access to neighboring cities and SLO. The space itself was amazing and so cozy. The pulldown projector was perfect for movies and we were able to just log into our streaming services super easy on her FireTV. For as close as it is to the highway, it feels very secluded and you really cannot hear any cars. Chelsea was beyond helpful and responsive and we had an amazing stay. Would 100% recommend!!

From the start, Patrick was friendly, assisted me in booking with correct dates, patient in that we checked in past 12 midnight since there was road construction en route to picking up my daughter from U C Santa Cruz. If it wasn’t for his clear check in instructions, we would have been lost at such a late hour! The premises was soooo clean, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend staying at this peaceful, clean, private, quiet, cabin! Thank you Patrick for being such a wonderful host!

Ali’s home was absolutely spotless, but still had that homey feel! It had all the amenities and felt like our home away from home. The home is also very spacious. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable, the neighborhood was also very peaceful so we got amazing sleep. There was also lots of outside space, which our dog loved. The area itself is a nice, residential area. We felt super safe and enjoyed walking our dog around the beautiful neighborhood. Ali and the team were also very responsive and gave us many great recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to stay here again in the future!
