Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Santa Croce, Florence

Very interesting place just on the outskirt of town. Easy to checkin and find - on a bit of a tricky road. The place is super vintage and unique dating back several hundred years. The host was very nice. I'd probably stay in the city next time so I can just walk, but as long as you have a car you're set.

Francesca was wonderful, friendly and kind, extending our stay after flight cancellation and helping us with local recommendations and bookings. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and private. It has been renovated to the highest standards. The photos do not show all its beauty and scale. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the entire space stayed cool, despite the hot weather outside. Amenities were excellent.

Very good stay at Andrea's apartment. Following a missed correspondence, I arrived later than expected and Andrea sent me all the necessary instructions for my arrival. The apartment is spacious, located 2 steps from Campo di Marte train station, and right next to a convenience store. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Andrea was kind enough to warn me about the reservation of the museums, almost mandatory to be able to enter in high season. A great stay!

Veronica and her team create a great place to stay. The grounds are beautiful, a true Tuscan experience. The home itself is comfortable. The pool is a few steps away and is clean and a of a good size. I highly recommend!

Everywhere was within very easy walking distance from the apartment & apartment itself was very cozy with AC. Highly recommended!

We booked a year in advance for 3 weeks and got a great deal for Florence. We loved the apartment with that wide terrace, it has a new table and six chairs not on the photos. You have a view of the Medici Dome from the terrace and the Duomo’s dome from the bathroom. The bathroom was big, the bed was so comfortable and the bedroom large. We walked everywhere from there, the location is excellent. We loved coming back to Palazzo Tolomei at the end of everyday, the 14 spiral stairs were no problem for us (and I was dealing with a bad knee), because it was so quiet. There is a great bakery, gelato, restaurants, one with the best pizza, on that street and a laundry 2 streets away. The toy store is closed across the street, never reopened when we were there. The only negative, that sofa has to go!

The location is unbeatable – the apartment is in the Oltrarno neighbourhood, which itself is amazing (lots of small bars and cafes) and slightly less crowded than the touristy neighbourhoods on the other side of the river, but it’s also only a short walk away from the main sights of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio or the Uffizi gallery. It’s also very easy to reach from the airport / Santa Maria Novella train station. There’s a small supermarket in the adjacent building and a bus stop in front of the house where the apartment is located. The flat has all you need for a few-day stay in Florence, it is spacious (there were three of us) and clean. And it has a small balcony overlooking the Arno River :) The hosts are very helpful and responsive but at the same time not intrusive. It’s simply the best place to stay at in Florence!

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great two nights in Niccolò's apartment! The apartment was clean and we felt right at home, as you can see how lovingly and tastefully Niccolòs apartment is furnished. Communication was always super fast and helpful. The old town can be reached on foot. We were able to park our car in the nearby parking garage without any problems. So all around a very successful stay - we will be happy to come back :)

Niccolo was a perfect host, I used his accommodation for an engagement proposal, the place was perfect for the occasion, Niccolo was very attentive in helping me prepare the event. I recommend it 100%, refreshing pool, typical Tuscan amenities, perfect.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Sandro's apartment is as shown in the picture, clean, tidy, and suitable for four people.The coffee Sandro gave us was delicious... The apartment is not far from the station, a ten-minute walk, the apartment is not far from the beach and the supermarket, and it is convenient for sightseeing and living.If you come to Rimini, I would recommend you to stay.

Amazing view of the dome, extremely walkable to all there is to do in Florence. Definitely look forward to staying again!

Simone's spacious and cozy apartment is exactly as described. Simone's communication was absolutely brilliant and proactive, I got thorough instructions on how to arrive, and we felt really welcome. The apartment is located outside of the core, so it's a little more peaceful. However, it's within walking distance and the bus is quick. There are restaurants right next door and several grocery stores of different sizes within walking distance. Services well available. The apartment is also very peaceful, there are hardly any noises from the neighbors. There are some traffic noises from the street, but not a constant rush of traffic. Overall, I think a very good value.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

Highly recommended accommodation, we were really impressed by its cleanliness and in general the apartment is really very nice. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is close to a tram stop, very convenient for visiting the city. We recommend everyone to stay here to visit Florence!

Fatmira’s place is wonderful. It is very spacious, the ceilings are 4 metres high, very nice living room and modern kitchen. The bedroom is big with a lot of storage and the apartment has a nice, squeaky clean bathroom. The condo is situated in a gated community, it’s very safe and, of course, has a private parking. It’s also very accessible to the centre of the city, you can easily walk from the apartment to there. Fatmira was incredibly helpful and an enjoyable host. She answered questions whenever needed. I strongly recommend this place.

This place is close to the Santa Maria Novella area. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, you can grab a 5 min bus to the duomo. Otherwise you can still walk. The place is just as described, you have everything you need and if you need any accommodations the host is always attentive and ready to help. Amazing stay for 2 days in Florence!

I recommend this accommodation. A big plus - 12 minutes walk from the station (this will be especially appreciated by travelers who have come not only to Florence, but also to Pisa and Rome).
